The Holitel hotel in Santiago, Los Leones, Providencia is a friendly and well run hotel. The rooms are comfortable and plenty of Wifi for internet roaming. And added bonus is the breakfast included in this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holitel Hotel.

I booked a room through Hotels, and few minutes before the check in, when I called the hotel they told me they are out of rooms and it’s impossible that I have a booking with them. I sent them the receipt on Whatsapp and they totally ignored me. No answer, no apology, nothing. Terrible service, and zero communication.

Bueno, bonito, no tan barato pero sencillo. Las habitaciones chicas, son muuuuy chicas. Más barato que un motel y con un rico restaurante peruano. Atención muy cálida. Buena escapada en pareja de una noche. La cena fue contundente y muy rica. Salmón parrilla es un acierto.
