There is no way to contact them. I requested via Trip for airport transfer. I was directed to check with hotel directly via their email address *************************. I have written to them twice but to no avail. You cannot exchange money at the hotel.
There is welcome drink on the 17th floor for a view. The window view in the room is nice too. The bed is comfy, the bath area and WC are separated but the wash basin is part of the room. We travel everywhere with Uber. There is a coffee maker in the room plus filtered water. These are ideal.

The Double Tree by Hilton Santiago is an incredibly neat and tidy hotel with magnificent views of the Andes, absolutely breathtaking. However, the room service app doesn’t work properly, leaving customers unsure if their orders went through. Despite this minor issue, it’s a great place to stay, and I do recommend it.

酒店位於聖地亞哥中心地帶，出行方便
但是不得不吐槽一下，國外早餐不能期待，入住6天，早餐一模一樣。和前台溝通後説是酒店早餐是一段時間固定的（可能有季節變化才會改變），真的是簡單到不能再簡單了。和國內沒法比，就餐環境不錯，17層落地窗，欣賞窗外風景心情倒是還不錯。鮮榨的蔬菜水果汁倒是還不錯👍
整體不錯，就是國內外的酒店差異太大，衹能説國內酒店服務早餐都太到位了吧
