Its a budget hotel but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Check in was a bit of a process as the staff did not speak English but google translate got us there in the end. Reception is up a steep flight of stairs from the street and there is no lift so we had to drag our heavy bags up them and then up another flight of stairs to the room. Staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel is faded.

A viagem foi em família, o hotel é bem antigo, com acomodações bem basicas, chuveiro gostoso. Cafe da manhã legal, a localização é excelente, bem no centro de Santiago, proximo ao metro, onibus para o aeroporto a poucos quarteirões, shopping também não muito distante. Disseram que o local onde fica o hotel a noite era perigoso, mas não vi risco nenhum. No geral, nota 7.
