Hotel staff were excellent. Always accommodating and helpful. An elevator would have been helpful as most of our group are over 70 years of age. Bar service could have been more robust. Outdoor areas were excellent. Overall cleanliness was very good.

Awesome hotel! Small, beautiful old mansion. Close to amazing restaurants. Staff was super helpful. Helped with tours early breakfast requests. Set up transportation to Valparaiso to go to cruise ship. Super close walk to old town. Will stay again.

I just completed short visit in Santiago. The hotel was great location and beautiful building. Front desk staff very helpful and allowed early checkin and help with winery tour. The breakfast is good and enjoyed glass of wine in the lovely back courtyard area. Would highly recommend !

The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to secure us Uber rides. The breakfast was fabulous including made to order omelets. The "Honest bar" was well stocked and reasonable. Courtyard was meticulously maintained and delightful for enjoying breakfast and afternoon/evening cocktails. Overall excellent experience would highly recommend!!!

The hotel successfully met our expectations for a centrally-located, clean, attractive and modest small hotel. The staff was immeasurably helpful. Based on the staff alone I would highly recommend the hotel. They arranged airport transportation and a wine tour for us and were kind and never impatient with my halting Spanish. The outside garden and patio was a lovely oasis as well.

Wonderful place, historical building with a lovely garden for breakfast if the weather is nice. Very friendly staff, great service in arranging transportation from and/or to airport. Self-service bar is an excellent option in such a place when returning after dinner!

A beautiful boutique hotel walkable close to the city centre and metro station. In a converted mansion the rooms are unique and interesting but with modern facilities, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and the breakfast was delicious (even catering to my gluten free needs)
