適合做飯，樓下就是超市，購物很方便，周邊都是大使館區，治安相對比較有保障，樓頂有泳池，不過人比較多。

El personal de administración cobra supuestamente el IVA como adicional a lo pagado en la reserva a través de la plataforma pero se niega a entregar factura por el importe total del arriendo

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was furnished and the kitchen had utensils to cook and to serve. The view was spectacular from both balconies. Housekeeping came when requested ( except holidays and Sundays) and the staff, building concierge and Norus office staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the housekeeping supervisor and a handyman came to the apartment in my absence without any previous warning. I discovered this because a bed was moved from one side of the bedroom to the other side. That’s not acceptable. Other than that our stay was relaxing, comfortable, excellent transportation, connectivity and supermarket, stores and Mall at walking distance.

The maintennace conditoons are horroble the stove and the oven were no working at all, I could not cook, being with my children i the property- cleaning also very poor, terraces full of dirt and rooms (corners dirty.

Norus charged me for a piece that does not damage, possibly the maid had an accident and broke it, without investigating what happened they charged me. They leave all the responsibility to a secretary and the supervisors do not want to answer the phone. They have lost a customer through negligence, I will never return to this place.
