I often stay there! The location is perfect

酒店設施比較老舊，不過還算齊全 一樓有個小遊泳池，可以供小朋友玩水 一樓有個小健身房，設施不多 一樓有個桌球室，裏面一張桌球枱 早餐有對面樓，味道挺好的

環境挺好，要是有中文服務就更完美了，早餐很豐盛

Proximity to Santo Andre.

Though this Blue Tree Towers is rated 3.5 stars, It's overrated. The suite has a decent floorplan, though modestly sized. However, the furniture was not only minimalistic, it was also worn down to the point of showing holes in the office chair. There was only a small loveseat and a single chair at the breakfast table. The bedroom was the only well kept room and the queen bed was nicely appointed and dressed. The kitchen faucet was dripping quite a bit. The shower temperature was just tepid, though the water at the sink was hot. The breakfast was OK, with few choices and in a rather dark room. Overall, there are better choices in town at this price level.

Very well centrally located. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Breakfast was great but wouldn't recommend dinner. Staff are very stoic but nice. The hotel is great for a weekend trip but not long term. The rooms are old and generic. No smart TVs and small. Air conditioning sometimes work and when activated is very loud. The bathroom is somewhat clean except for the shower. The shower floor is always dirty with black stains. Bring shower sandals. Towels are old. The beds are comfortable. The sheets and pillows are fine. The bedroom however has insects that may be coming from behind the headboard. They are very small and I assume do not bite. I don't think they're bed bugs. You won't notice them unless you search. I really like that they have a laundry room which is hard to find in some hotels in São Paulo. If you want to stay here longer than a weekend, I recommend Airbnb instead.

Não recomendo, pelas fotos no quarto do hotel tem microondas, quando chegamos no quarto não tinha nada, chegando na recepção o atendente apenas informou que não tem, sendo que esse foi um item crucial na decisão pelo hotel, pq tenho uma bebê pequena e tenho que esquentar a água para o leite dela. Foi colocado a idades das crianças, coloquei a idade das.criamcas.uma.coloqueo.menos de um.ano, chegando tbm fui informado que iriam ver se.timha o berço disponível, falaram que eu teria que ter reservado,.sendo que não diz berço mediante a disponibilidade, arrumaram um berço porém omberco e portátil e não estava completo, deixando minha bebê em condições quase de insalubridade para dormir. Na porta do banheiro tinha uma mancha de sangue e foi necessário a troca do quarto, no novo quarto tomada caídas. NAO RECOMENDO ESTE ESTABELECIMENTO PARA NINGUÉM.

Foi muito boa, café da manhã perfeito, teve bastante opções, toalhas na recepção da piscina, cama mt gostosinha, ar-condicionado antigo, mas funciona mt bem (só tem o modo frio) chuveiro um pouquinho doido (uma hr ele diminuia o fluxo da água, esfriava ou esquentava mt) teve utensílios (prato, faca,garfo, colher e copo) não teve o microondas no quarto, a torneira da pia da cozinha não parava de pingar, mas não me incomodou, frigobar funciona bem, tem espelho no quarto, elevador bem legal, o lugar do hotel (santo André) mt tranquilo (até dms) não teve nenhuma decoração natalina, mas de boa.

Tudo de acordo com minhas expectativas, outras superaram minhas expectativas. Recepção limpa e moderna, funcionários educados e simpáticos. Piscina impecável em limpeza e disposição do espaço, café da manhã variado, organizado, sempre reposto e fresquinho. Quarto completo e adequado pra qualquer motivo de viagem.

Só um ponto, fiz a reserva para 2 adultos + 2 crianças ( de 1 ano e de 3 anos) , chegando no quarto tem um cama de casal num ambiente e uma cama de solteiro no outro ambiente. Aonde que crianças dessa idade dorme separados dos pais? Não achei legal a disposição do quarto para família com crianças. Café da manhã é muito bom e bem servido! Funcionários muito bons e simpáticos
