同胞們絕對需要避雷的酒店！
我知道不它是怎麼拿到4.9的高分。因為2025新開和4.9的評分，我踩雷了！分享給各位！這家酒店位置極為遙遠且偏僻，沒有前台，有個人會等着你索要現金税款（攜程標註為2歐），拿到5歐之後，此人便消失了。此後這個酒店就再也看不見任何一個活人。攜程所顯示的酒店電話並不正確，入住之後，再也無法和酒店以任何方式取得聯繫。
我訂的名為“日落套房”，但事實上它是一間詭異的地下室。房間內還有一個無法打開的通向地下的門，叩之，內部發出空靈的迴音，可判斷內部有巨大的空間。房間內非常悶氣，沒有任何通風裝置。但如果打開上部微小的窗口或入户門，空調將不會工作。
再來説下洗手間。洗手間台盆無法下水，花灑沒有固定位置。並且，洗手間也有一個微小而詭異的窗口，通向一個黑暗而魔幻的空間。半夜，間歇性可以聽見不明機械的運轉聲。
我非常確定，半夜在全酒店範圍及肉眼可見的範圍內，不會看見任何活着的生物。從來沒有或那麼可怕的體驗，心靈受到極大傷害。甚至於找不到可以匹配的臟話去謾罵！如果有古堡探險愛好的夥伴，就當我沒説。

We had a comfortable stay in a quiet place. Hotel is new and we spent most of the time by the pool.Rooms are big enough and we enjoyed the sunshine form the balcony

Excellent stay, calm and relaxing. Spent 5 days in August which is also the peak season. The location is perfect with amazing view of the caldera and the surroundings. Free parking available with easy access. Staff was exceptional and friendly.

Amazing hotel with breathtaking caldera views. The room we stayed in was the Junior Suite with Caldera View — spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Friendly staff made our stay a truly unforgettable experience!

This was my worst experience! There is absolutely no place to purchase drinks or food. The hotel was in the basement and there are flies everywhere. Every single thing is about money there is no hospitality at all.

Struttura nuova e molto pulita. Il personale è molto cordiale, in particolare il ragazzo, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Camera molto spaziosa con letto su soppalco. Forniscono ciabatte, shampoo e balsamo, bagno doccia e crema. la colazione comprende sia dolce che salato. Consigliato!
