Aenaon Villas

Despite multiple wedding postponements due to COVID-19, we finally got our big day to celebrate at Aenaon Villas. And it was perfect. Friends and family who travelled from around the world to celebrate the occasion were not disappointed. Both those that stayed onsite, plus the guests that attended the ceremony, were treated with incredible hospitality, service, and views that set the perfect backdrop. We booked all suites on-site for 3 nights, with our bridal party getting to experience first hand why we chose Aenaon. And like us when we first visited in 2017, they were blown away but the whole experience. Thank you again to George and Alexandra, plus their amazing team including Bleddy and Xeni. My wife and I had once more a great time at Aenaon Villas which we describe as Heaven on Earth. This time we celebrated our 40 years together as we consider that Aenaon is the perfect place for a romantic celebration. The place is amazing and the view breathtaking. The service was the best one could expect. Alexandra and George are the best hosts we have met. Xenia, Bleddy and the rest of the personnel were glad to offer their services whenever required. My wife usually has just a coffee for breakfast but she could not resist the exceptional experience of having a high quality full and wonderful breakfast at Aenaon every morning. Sublime. Service, location, food, ambiance - all absolutely exceeded expectations. Everything you lay your eyes on is stunning and the staff (Bleddy, Xenia, and Alexandra) were beyond amazing with their thoughtful attention. We put our trust in the hotel to book some Santorini tours and they were truly once-in-a-lifetime experiences (they even gave us great tips for our future destinations). However, I would also have been happy to simply stay at the Villa all day long! The epitome of serenity. Count yourself lucky if you have the chance to stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, serene villa resort setting directly on the caldera just outside of Imerovgli and along the Oia to Fira walking trail. The property with six villas and fabulous, personalized service offered relaxation, stunning views, and high end amenities on our first trip to Santorini and Greece. The owners, Alexandra and George were friendly, helpful, and present during our stay. It was so lovely to enjoy their home setting. We had exceptional service from Xenia- with reservations, laundry send out, taxis, and coordination before and during our stay. She was truly remarkable in her cheerful assistance and knowledge in addressing our travel needs. Bleddy was wonderful with personal service and locale tips and Alma's breakfasts, lunches, and snacks were delicious. The housekeeping staff were also remarkable keeping our villa pristine. We enjoyed our breakfasts overlooking the caldera, as well as an outdoor couples massage. Our Aenaon Villas stay was a one in a lifetime experience for us & we thank you! Highly recommended.

This is an exquisite property. Very small and personal. The staff are friendly and very helpful with all your needs. The owners are present and live on the property. They go out of their way for you to have special experience. The location is good between the two major towns and the views are magnificent.

It is truly impossible to use the appropriate words to describe Aenaon Villas…..PERFECTION. My husband and I celebrated our upcoming 60th birthdays by going to Santorini. We spent over a year researching on our own where to stay.. in USA words … we hit a home run. And I saw numerous other places that we questioned. What a mistake we would have made. Nothing we saw on the island compared to Aenaon. And that’s just describing our location/villa. Where do I begin, ok our villa, Elidami. Our private terrace and pool. Our breathtaking views of not only of the seaside but the amazing caldera sunset. Our villa, charming, romantic and so clean. Decorated impeccably Our location; on one of the highest points on the island. Easy walk/drive to crowded Oia or Imerovigli for dinners that we couldn’t wait to get back home to our private Shanghai…. Private Breakfast on or terrace. Wine by our private pool. But I save the best for last; the people here. The warm and inviting “family” feeling . Xenia, one of the kindest most “down to earth” people I have ever met. We hope to be able to attend your wedding of the 900 plus people (if that doesn’t say how well liked she is) in 2025. Bleddy, felt like he was our private butler, so kind and gracious. Aeanon Villas is truly the most magical play to stay!! My husband and I had our small elopement at the Aeanon Villas and specifically the Elidami where we stayed for 3 days. The months leading up to the stay the entire team at Aeanon was so communicative and did everything possible to make sure our day was perfect and even helped with coordinating. Xenia is an angel and made sure every need was taken care of and even set up our candles for our dinner the night of the elopement. She also scheduled dinner reservations and private transports for us. Bleddy was the friendliest human we've ever met and was so attentive. George and Alexandra the owners made sure to greet us and were so friendly! I can truly say this is the best experience we have ever had all because of the staff at Aeanon! If you have the opportunity to visit this magical place do not pass it up!

It has been many years since I last wrote a Trip Advisor review. I return to this forum to describe a simply unique and amazing experience: A stay at Aenaon Villas on Santorini. My wife and I had misgivings about visiting Santorini and navigating around the thousands of daily cruise ship visitors. Aenaon Villas was the perfect oasis. It is an intimate, serene, luxurious property clinging to the edge of the caldera isolated from the overcrowded towns of Oia and Fira, but close enough to easily reach them if need be. The website photos, as beautiful as they are, do not do justice to how stunning the villas are in person. For us, it was difficult to leave the magnificent views, and remarkable, intuitive, warm service. We felt like family after only a few days. Our deepest thanks to the owners George and Alexandra, concierge Xenia, and the extremely helpful and always smiling Bleddy. And to the resident chef who prepared excellent breakfasts and other treats. This hotel is a gem not to be missed.

My Wife and I stayed here for 7 nights for our honeymoon in the Charissa villa. We could not even begin to explain how great of a time we had staying at this hotel. The owners George & Alexandra are the kindest people we met while on our honeymoon. Xenia was also an integral part of our experience by handling every restaurant reservation for us and all car transfers. I also can't leave a review without mentioning Bleddy, who brought us our breakfast every day, helped us with our luggage, and so much more. The staff here truly cares about each and every guest. As far as the villa goes, it was immaculate. The room is exposed to the outside and has a tree growing inside. The bathroom / shower is amazing. Lastly the view is incredible. We had a hard time leaving the villa as we could sit in the private pool and look out all day. The breakfast each morning was amazing. The fresh fruits, eggs, pies, etc were delicious. We even got some of the a la carte items for breakfast and lucnh and they were amazing too. One thing to consider for future guests is the location of the villa is very secluded (which is great!), but that means you will need to wait for the very infrequent / packed Fira＜-＞Oia bus or pay for taxis/private transfers everywhere. Depending on how frequently you plan to leave the villa this cost can add up so be prepared to have cash. I couldn't recommend this place enough. You will not regret staying here!
