My stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel environment was clean and elegant, the rooms were spotless and bright, and all facilities were complete and well-maintained. The staff were warm, polite, and provided meticulous and attentive service, always responding promptly. The location is convenient, making travel easy. The overall atmosphere was quiet and cozy, with thoughtful touches evident in every detail. It offers excellent value for money and a truly welcoming feel, making it a top choice for accommodation. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and heartily recommend it.

Facilities: Given it was renovated 8 years ago in 2018, the maintenance of the facilities is a bit lacking. The sink in our room was cracked – it didn't leak, but the cracks were there. Hygiene: The hygiene was acceptable, not spotless, but okay! Environment: The hotel environment is actually pretty good. The room was very quiet, which was nice. The lobby was a bit warm, but that might just be how it is in Sanya during summer. However, the upgraded room they gave us seemed to have been vacant for a while. The trash can didn't even have a plastic liner, and there was a strong musty smell as soon as we entered, which was quite unpleasant. Service: The service was actually decent. For a mid-range Crowne Plaza, I won't be too demanding, even though it was nearly 800 a night. While the breakfast had pretty much everything you'd expect, it was more complete than truly abundant!

The hotel isn't large, but it's perfect for kids who love activities, swimming, or playing in the sand. Most activities are for children aged eight and above, but there are also some family-friendly options for all ages. Restaurant activities require reservations, and if there's high demand, extra slots are added. Usually, you can book a day in advance. Check-in was quick even though we arrived late. Kids also received their own special room cards, and welcome fruits were delivered later. On our last day, we received some complimentary snacks. The room had a great view and wasn't far from the beach. The lifeguards by the pool were very attentive and responsible, and the doorman was warm and welcoming. The cleaning staff came multiple times a day to exchange towels and deliver bathrobes. Overall, I was satisfied. Customer service agent Elwin was very responsive. Here are some cons: 1. Food delivery is inconvenient. There are two pick-up points, one at the front and one at the back of the property. If you order several items, you might have to walk back and forth. 2. If you book the hotel's photography service, I recommend doing your own makeup. The makeup products used weren't great. I booked a hairstyle, but they only offered braids, no curls, so I ended up with a simple style. The photo editing is also quite aggressive; I suggest asking for the original photos and editing them yourself.

Great hotel. Upon arrival I was given a room upgrade, a very nice spacious room on 20th floor with the ocean view. The hotel is new unlike most other hotels in Hainan. Spotless cleaning. Amazing restaurant on the 23d floor - the best food I had in China, really. Everything I had there was prepared with soul and had wonderful combination of flavors. Nice pool, open till 10 pm, and a good gym. The breakfast was good, however, some dishes were heated and served on the next day (eg, dumplings had dry dough edges etc). The beach were empty, no problem with vacant sunbeds (as in Yalong bay, for ex). The staff was nice, Anya from the front desk answered all my questions in Wechat and provided help. The main problem for me was the location. While it is a good choice if you want to visit the Center if Buddism and other attractions in Nanshan area (very close from Yazhou bay), there are no good convenience shops, supermarkets or cafes withing walking area from the hotel. I could not order food delivery as did not have the local sim card, so finding food outside the hotel was not easy. If you do not have this problem then it must be ok. Also the area for some reason was completely unpopulated, totally empty streets during the day, it was a bit strange. Overall, the hotel is great, but a small convenience store at the premises would make a difference.
