位置絕了，出門就是沙灘，海景房陽台看海超爽，服務也貼心，前台幫升了房，租車也方便。房間乾淨，床軟，衞生間沒味兒。安全也有保障

The staff is prompt to answer question and took action to the fridge issue. The apartment is close to a few mini supermarkets, small restaurants, bus station and beautiful Sanya beach. However the room is very dated . Number of places in the room definitely need an overhaul to make it look similar to the posting's photos.

老闆人很好，一個可愛漂亮的小姑娘。位置不錯，出門就是椰夢長廊。屋內衞生乾淨，有洗衣機能洗衣服。但是有些硬件確實老化了。樓下有游泳池，業主食堂，停車方便。這個價格整體不錯了

必須好評！！！！
老闆給我免費升級了房間，房間真的超級寬敞，採光也好。衞生和床品更是沒得説。位置也超不錯，下樓走個10分鐘就到海邊了，不過我在老闆這裏租了輛小電動，更方便一些。去逛逛夜市，去天涯小鎮這些地方，方便了不少。而且老闆超級熱情，有什麼都耐心解答，入住的時候也會跟我講好多，讓我一下飛機就莫名的心安，真的是心暖暖的，而且性價比較高，百元左右，絕對配得上房間和設施，該有的東西都有的，強烈推薦！！！
