The room offers a great sea view and is quite spacious. The restaurant on the top floor also boasts stunning ocean views, as does the gym. It's very convenient to walk to the beach, and there are fruit and BBQ shops nearby downstairs. Plus, food deliveries are brought right to your room by a robot!

We arrived at the hotel quite late. The remaining rooms were either facing the street or near the elevator. Luckily, Xiaoxue upgraded our room and then switched us to a twin room. She even pushed the two beds together, making it much more spacious for our child to roll around freely. The location is excellent; although it's not beachfront, it's only a 5-minute walk to the sea, and Sanya Bay No.1 is right across the street.

The room was clean and well-arranged, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The hotel has a beautiful environment, convenient transportation, and complete facilities. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious. It's definitely worth recommending.

Sharing a building with Orange Hotel, the location is decent, with a shopping mall next door and Sanya Bay a short walk further, which tends to be crowded. My room had no view, and being right below the restaurant meant I was woken up by the sound of chairs dragging every morning. I asked to switch rooms on the second day, but despite nagging them from morning till afternoon, it never happened. When I checked in, I saw staff delivering fruit to other guests, but I didn't receive any. I had to ask the next day to finally get a plate, which was just some cheap bananas and tomatoes – they're so rigid and unaccommodating. The laundry room floor was dark at night with no signs, and combined with the red and green elevator lights, it was genuinely unsettling.

Excellent location, well-equipped facilities, and clean. They even upgraded me to a sea-view room. The rooftop restaurant with a view is quite unique, and breakfast was decent. Recommended.

Absolutely fantastic, no complaints whatsoever. The staff were incredibly warm and provided excellent service, far surpassing the Shangri-La I stayed at afterward. The cleanliness was top-notch, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was extensive. Plus, on weekends, they extend breakfast until 11 AM, which is a great bonus. I'll definitely be back!

The room was spacious, with plenty of room between the bed and the TV. All the toiletries were well-stocked. The hotel breakfast is on the top floor, and the outdoor seating offers a lovely view of the distant coastline. The hotel's central location is very convenient. You can easily catch a bus to Luhuitou, the First Market, and Coconut Dream Corridor, which is especially handy during peak hours when taxis are hard to find.
