I chose this hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was absolutely stunning! Watching the underwater world from our room was incredibly dreamy. Our private butler started coordinating with my birthday planner two weeks before check-in, cooperating fully, arranging gifts, and even asking about my husband's preferences to prepare a surprise cake and a huge bouquet. Besides assisting the planner, the butler also decorated our bed. To my surprise, they even prepared an underwater birthday message, which I had initially planned to arrange myself – another lovely surprise from the butler! We also had a beluga whale interaction, and my husband, while diving, specifically arranged to interact with me through our room's glass panel. In short, their service was outstanding, fulfilling every request! The breakfast spread was so abundant it couldn't fit on one table. Upon departure, they even arranged a car to take us to our next hotel, which was incredibly thoughtful. P.S. The gigantic osteoglossid fish was amazing! 🐟

Our experience at Atlantis was absolutely amazing, all thanks to Yuki! 🥰 I really can't praise her enough. From the moment we booked, she was incredibly thoughtful, confirming every detail beforehand. She had our room perfectly arranged before we even checked in, specifically choosing a quiet floor so we could sleep soundly at night without any noise. She also gave us great tips for breakfast, letting us know which times were less crowded and which dining areas had the best food, saving us a lot of waiting time. During our stay, whether we had questions about activities or a small request, she responded instantly. Her attitude was always kind and patient, and she took care of everything, making our trip completely stress-free! The hotel itself was fantastic, but Yuki's incredibly reassuring service was definitely the highlight of this trip. Next time I'm in Sanya, I'm definitely booking with her again! Mermaid

I specifically chose to travel with my child during the Guangxi 'San Yue San' mini-holiday, and after reading many reviews online, I finally settled on Atlantis. Our experience at this hotel after checking in was superb, truly living up to my careful selection. I particularly want to commend Laura, one of the 'Little Starfish' staff members. She contacted me even before our arrival. Due to a last-minute booking, the room type kept changing, but she actively helped me coordinate and communicate, patiently handling everything. In the end, she even upgraded our room and prepared a gift for my child. Every step of the way, I felt so touched, cared for like family. She also proactively suggested touring routes, which was incredibly thoughtful. Our room was spacious and clean, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding was comfortable and soft, and my child slept wonderfully. The hotel provided kids' slippers and toiletries. The aquarium had diverse marine life, and the water park facilities were comprehensive, keeping my child thoroughly entertained, while allowing us parents to enjoy the attractions too. The hotel's location is convenient, making travel and dining very easy. The shops along the shopping avenue can meet all daily needs. [Little Starfish ⭐]

Housekeeping was excellent! My baby can't handle a very cold AC, and they were able to provide a thinner blanket, which was a huge help. My pillow was too flat, so I requested a latex pillow, and they brought one right away. Thumbs up for that! Also, the water quality at the play facilities is top-notch for a water park in China. The experience was fantastic.

The room was fantastic with beautiful bay views. The 'Little Seahorse' service was incredibly thoughtful, from reception, carrying luggage, introducing activities, and explaining various services, to the in-room facilities. They even added me on WeChat so I could contact them anytime, anywhere for my needs! It was a great stay, and I'll definitely come back next time. Thank you!

Check-in was super smooth! Seeing we had a child with us, the staff proactively directed us to the fast track lane, so we didn't have to wait in a long queue. A big thanks to my butler, 'Little Scallop', who gave us a lovely welcome gift for the kids – they absolutely loved it! I wasn't feeling well, and they kindly extended our check-out time. This trip was a bit rushed, and we only stayed one night. Next time, we'll definitely stay longer to fully enjoy ourselves!

Facilities: We were really happy with the hotel. As soon as we arrived, we went straight to the aquarium water park, and then had breakfast which had a huge variety – I was very impressed! Service: Our 'Little Dolphin' butler was excellent! So thoughtful and attentive! They reminded us of the start times for all the activities, and even decorated our room a bit when they heard we were on our honeymoon. Cleanliness: It felt very clean, not damp at all, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Environment: It was quite busy, with lots of parents and kids around, who all seemed to be having such a good time they didn't want to leave.

Atlantis Sanya is truly perfect for a vacation! The moment we walked in, we were amazed by the ocean-themed atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, with incredible sea views. Guests get unlimited access to the waterpark and aquarium, making it a hassle-free, all-in-one entertainment experience. The kids didn't want to leave! The service was attentive and thoughtful. Overall, it was a dreamy and refreshing experience. This is a must-stay gem in Sanya, and we'll definitely be back!
