Where do I begin ? A breathtaking experience at Atlantis Sanya. It was my birthday and the hotel prepared a birthday cake for me which was very thoughtful. I got a free upgrade which also had an amazing view of the water park and sea view. The Atlantic club meals were delicious and diverse. The water park is a MUST!! I had an amazing experience. I was only there for a week and still felt like there’s so much I haven’t done. I’ll definitely be coming back. The staff welcomes you with open arms and a smile. Though most can’t speak Chinese, they are still willing to help you. Special thanks to my butler Dikshya Kunwar who made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Assisted me at any time of the day. MAJEED ARIF- who helped me move to much more comfortable room and made sure everything was up to par. Maiya at the breakfast buffet also did a splendid job assisting me. Overall, an amazing hotel with great facilities and helpful staff.

5 great days for my family with Atlantis Sanya! It has a huge and fantastic water park, clean pools and the interesting aquarium. There was some trouble happened by other guests during stay but the staff responded quite quick and by proper way, so we have enjoyed rest of time without further issues. Really appreciated Dikshya for her kind supports during our stay! And also I would like to thank to Dary Chen working for Atlantis Club for his kindness. See you soon again Atlantis!!

No doubt the Best hotel in Sanya for family with young children. Lots of fun activities to choose from. Breakfast is varied. Water parks queue management is sublime. Finally our butler, Majeed Arif, is so active and help us in planning a lot, as we cannot speak Chinese at all.

I wish there were more than five stars available to rate this hotel! Atlantis Hotel is truly exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff. My wife and I stayed at the Atlantis Hotel for two nights in early April 2024. Actually, this hotel is very well-known for its outstanding facilities such as the, water park, aquarium, spacious and comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast with endless options. But, one aspect of this hotel that might not be fully captured in pictures is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were treated warmly as if we were the only guests, despite the lobby being full of people. The staff members were so numerous that it is impossible to mention each one by name, but one individual stood out to us: Mr. Aref Majeed, who went above and beyond to make us feel like special guests by providing a thorough introduction to the hotel, checking on us multiple times throughout the day and night to see whether we need anything, and even surprising us with special gifts on our last night to enhance our experience in Sanya. I do not think we ever forget his incredible character and the beautiful smile that was always on his face. I am grateful to Atlantis for employing such a remarkable staff and for everything they did to make our stay unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone in search of a truly special place with incredibly kind people.

It was a really fun trip. In particular, Majeed Arif offered me special hospitality and comfort. His meticulousness made Atlantis even more special. Arif took good care of us every day to make sure we didn't need anything, and especially he was a great help to my daughters. It made Atlantis special! Furthermore, for my family, who is not good at Chinese, he provided a lot of useful information, which made Sanya and Atlantis more enjoyable The hotel was big and colorful and had a lot of travelers. It is a paradise for children who like active swimming. Yarong Bay would be better suited for couples who want plenty of rest.

There are two things that I enjoyed during this Sanya trip The first was a vacation at the Atlantis Hotel It was more beautiful and beautiful than I thought. It was sophisticated and fun I'll be back soon and I'll have a great vacation here again The second one is a special manager who made this trip more enjoyable. ARIF. You made me have a more valuable and enjoyable time. It was a very nice and charming hotel, and it was also very big . But thanks to Mr Arif’s helps and interests, it was a very planned, organized, pleasant and easy holiday for us . Mr.Arif introduced us Hotel , showed us around and helped us with all our activities and reservations. This was an incredible convenience for us. And also the water /night shows and concerts at the hotel were so great. It was very enjoyable to eat with live music in English and Spanish. Especially foreigners should definitely experience this hotel and definitely find Mr Arif for this. ☺️🙏🏻

It was my second visit, it was a very pleasant trip to Atlantis. I will miss the water park, the nice aquarium, and the delicious breakfast. Above all, the staff were very kind. Mr. baishuo helped us without any inconvenience, and he kindly guided us in English even though I do not speak Chinese. He greeted us every day and solved all our questions. Thanks to him, I would like to visit Atlantis again
