Phoenix Island Resort Sanya

The scenery is unique, especially at night. The hotel lounge overlooks almost the entire city of Sanya. The pool is large, perfect for a swim. The only downside is that there are almost no dining or shopping options nearby; you have to leave the island. Fortunately, there's a shuttle bus.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable 360-degree ocean view that's absolutely breathtaking, and its landmark architecture is incredibly stylish. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and watching the sunset from the balcony is incredibly romantic. The butler service is attentive and meticulous. It's an excellent choice for a Sanya vacation, and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's front desk attendant was so kind and enthusiastic, a real breath of fresh air. She even offered us two complimentary coffees, along with other snacks like drinks, chips, and instant noodles. Even though I didn't drink the coffee for fear of affecting my sleep, her thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. The sea view from the balcony was fantastic; it was lovely to just sit out there, facing the ocean, and breathe in the fresh air – it felt like a wonderful life. There was also a bathtub on the balcony, perfect for a relaxing soak while enjoying the sea view. The room was spacious and clean, though the decor was quite standard. As it's by the sea, it was a bit humid, and the bathroom had a slight odor. The hotel provides an electric buggy service to take guests off the island or down to the beach. Swimming in the hotel's downstairs pool and strolling along the seaside pier were also pleasant experiences.

The hotel provides a shuttle buggy which makes getting around super convenient. The hotel service is excellent, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. Special shout-out to Anna at reception, she was incredibly warm and helpful, and arranged a room with an amazing view of the sea. The air on the island is so fresh. Highly recommend!

I've been to Sanya many times, and this time I chose the Phoenix Island Resort Hotel. The facilities are well-maintained, the hygiene is good, the service is excellent, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Overall, I'm satisfied!
