Our stay was absolutely fantastic, definitely a five-star experience! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. The lobby is elegantly decorated, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, and check-in was quick and efficient; Susan, in particular, was very thoughtful and attentive. Our room was spacious and spotless with great natural light, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were high-end and well-equipped, and all the in-room amenities were comprehensive. Housekeeping did an immaculate job. The hotel's public areas are well-maintained, offering a quiet and elegant environment. The dining options were extensive and the food was delicious. From the concierge to room service, everyone was friendly and responded promptly, truly reflecting five-star quality. Overall, our stay was delightful and comfortable, with attention to detail evident throughout. It’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

We extended our stay by a day, and the room was clean, tidy, and well-lit. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were of good quality. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and both the restaurant and public areas were well-maintained, with attention to detail evident everywhere. The room we were assigned even had a sea view. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time, highly recommended!

This is the worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. The room definitely wasn't 35 square meters. The paid breakfast was absolutely terrible, nothing but vegetables. And how can they not turn on the AC in the restaurant when it's over 30 degrees Celsius? Big thumbs down. The hygiene was okay, but paying 600-700 RMB a night during the off-season for this was truly disappointing.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. It's super convenient for airport and high-speed rail travel, making it an incredibly good value-for-money hotel. The surrounding amenities are complete, with plenty of food, night markets, and the seaside to fully enjoy your trip!

The room was well-equipped, even featuring a simple sofa or a swivel chair. Although the closet door was a bit tricky to close, it didn't stop me from hanging my clothes. The bed was comfortable, but the duvet cover had a major flaw: one side was only partially sewn, leaving most of it open. This meant my feet often slipped inside the duvet cover and touched the inner duvet while I slept, which felt quite unhygienic since the inner duvet can't be washed or disinfected. The balcony outside the room was quite spacious, offering a lovely partial view of the sea and the sunset, which I was very pleased with. Breakfast was also good, though the last breakfast, prepared by the kitchen for our departure, was surprisingly simple. The front desk service from **Zhi was very patient and kind, but **Zhi seemed quite stern and a little impatient. This level of service doesn't really match the hotel's caliber.

The front desk lady had a sweet smile and handled check-in quickly, even thoughtfully upgrading my room. The room had an amazing view, with cityscapes right outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the facilities were well-equipped. A special thank you to Susan from housekeeping. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the location was super convenient – a bus stop right downstairs. Across the street is a night market! They have everything from fruits to clothes to delicious snacks, it's incredibly comprehensive. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. On our first day in Sanya, we chose to stay here. The service was very warm and welcoming, and they proactively offered us many conveniences. The location is also excellent, with the Fresh Mango Night Market right downstairs. It's also very close to Coconut Dream Corridor and not far from the airport, making it perfect for your first day upon arrival or your last day before departure. Five stars to our private butler!
