The hotel's location is great, and for the May Day holiday, the price was quite affordable. So I won't nitpick; you can't expect too much for that price. The most unbearable thing after checking in was the stench coming from the drain, which really affected my sleep.

The hotel is beautiful with scenic views everywhere. They offer five free digital photos and the option to wear a traditional outfit. Linna was very attentive and provided excellent service. The breakfast was abundant and the room was also very satisfying.

Beautiful hotel at China, Hainan Island, Sanya City, Haitang Bay. Very big rooms including bath and nice shower also with nice balcony facing pool area and garden. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast, beautiful swimming pools. Next to the beach. Really convenient.

Choosing to stay at the Wanda Vista Resort Haitang Bay this time was an excellent decision. The facilities here are comprehensive, and the environment is absolutely stunning. Although the weather was a bit hot, the lush greenery, blooming flowers, and beautiful coconut groves were breathtaking. The service was also top-notch, with quick and helpful responses. Our stay at Wanda Realm during this Sanya trip far exceeded our expectations! The hotel is situated in a prime location in Haitang Bay, just a few minutes' walk from the pristine white sand beach, and the ocean views are absolutely stunning. We booked a sea-view room, and the scenery was fantastic, plus the room was spotless. The breakfast spread was also very generous. Our butler, Linna, provided exceptional service as well. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit older, and some of the facilities are showing their age. However, that seems to be a common issue with hotels in this area. Overall, the value for money here is excellent, and the beach is beautiful and not too crowded.

This time in Sanya, I chose the Wyndham Grand Sanya Bay. The front desk staff were quick and very patient with the check-in process. Our butler, Linna, provided exceptional service, checking in with us daily from before our arrival until after we checked in. Both rooms we booked were excellent, and the breakfast was also very good.

The room overall is pretty good, and there are many more free activities to participate in. Two years ago, when I visited, I even caught the Earth Hour concert, which was very interesting. This time, the room type I stayed in was larger and had better facilities, and the price was still the same – great value for money. The downsides are that the air conditioning was really a bit warm, the maintenance of the beach and lawn wasn't great, and the restaurant food has become less appealing. Also, the hotel lobby now has a lot of stalls selling small merchandise, which feels quite cluttered. However, this might be unavoidable given its value-for-money approach, but I still hope they can make more improvements if possible.
