I've never given a hotel a bad review before, but this place was terrible. I stayed for three days and the hygiene was awful, with lots of mosquitoes. The hot spring was filthy, full of trash every day – I won't even go into that. Every complimentary service came with hidden fees, and the staff's attitude was horrendous. For example, if you wanted to go to Nanshan, they'd only take you if you bought tickets from them. Or with the travel photography, I understand paying for retouches, but they wouldn't even give you the unedited photos for free; you had to pay for those too. If you didn't want photos, they wouldn't do your makeup. If you got your makeup done, you weren't allowed to take your own pictures. It's like they're obsessed with money! After I read the rules, I told them I wasn't going to do the photo shoot. And boom, they instantly deleted my account.

The hotel is in a quiet location away from the crowds and it's near the beach. The hotel is more like an old resort building and isn't fancy like shown in the pictures. The hot spring is closed and only the pool is running in the afternoon. Breakfast wasn't very good. Limited options and low quality. The staff don't speak English but almost all of them speak Russian

In all honesty, the location may be close to the airport and beach but all popular tourist attractions are miles away. Their service was not very pleasant and very cooperative. The bathroom drain was not working very good either. And the swimming pool and hot spring was basically closed the entire day except a few peak hours which it was very full in anyways. Not a very peaceful experience.

I was very pleased when I arrived at the J-Hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The pool and thermal springs are lovely and clean and there is a selection of restaurants. I thought the location was good because it’s central between all main tourist attractions, and is a 5 min walk from coconut corridor and the beach!

The toilet kept leaking. Parking was quite convenient. This location seemed to be the same as other hotels. I initially searched for it for a long time, and in the end, I wasn't sure if it was this place.
