Highly recommend! The price is right, the scenery is beautiful, and it's just a three-minute walk to the beach – perfect! Plus, the airport shuttle was very comfortable!

Trip.com Carpool Airport Transfer: Very convenient, comfortable vehicle, and punctual. They thoughtfully prepared a refreshing gift package with drinks, alcoholic beverages, and ice cream 🍦, which was very generous. It was my second stay, and they even upgraded my room, offering a direct sea view – I love it! This hotel is very comfortable to stay in.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. I suffer from severe allergic rhinitis, so I've been traveling to Sanya frequently over the past two years. Comparing several hotels in the same price range, the Crowne Plaza has been the most satisfying. First off, the service and cleanliness are excellent. The breakfast is abundant, and both the pastries and noodles are delicious. What I appreciate most is that the room has a dehumidifier. Last year, breakfast was served until 1:30 PM, but this year it's changed to 11:30 AM. This timing is incredibly considerate, perfect for someone like me who can't wake up early. The housekeeper also upgraded my room type, which I really appreciate! The only downside is that the overall room rates are a bit higher this year compared to last. However, it's still great value for money. It would be even more perfect if the price were a little lower.

The facilities are grand and well-equipped, and the room service is attentive. A special thanks to the butler for their thoughtful service and prompt responses. The room offers a very expansive view, and the beach is right behind the hotel, making it an excellent choice if you're driving. Plus, the breakfast is really nice! 🤭

The environment is absolutely fantastic, very close to the beach. My stay at this hotel was incredibly comfortable, and I'm very satisfied with my trip these past few days. The hotel's breakfast, pool, room service, and all other amenities are super convenient. They even offer a travel photography service, which was a great experience and helped me capture precious memories. I'll definitely come back and book this hotel again. Oh, and soaking in the outdoor hot tub after coming back in the evening was incredibly relaxing. The beach is just a two-minute walk downstairs, and it's Sanya Bay, which means it's less crowded and very clean. I enjoyed watching both the sunrise and sunset and strolling along the beach taking photos.

The lobby is impressive, but check-in was a bit slow; even without a queue, I was sweating from the wait. The room was clean, though a little damp, and the facilities were a bit old but still tidy. Overall, it's great value for money. They have a kids' play area, which my child thoroughly enjoyed, and the breakfast was decent and plentiful. It's very close to the airport, which was super convenient for our flight the next day.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the beach. The sea-view rooms face the ocean and offer beautiful scenery. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. There's an underground parking lot, making parking convenient. The front desk and housekeeping staff are all very friendly.
