Sofitel Sanya Leeman Resort

The room itself was great, but there was a strange smell when I first checked in. I booked a garden view room, and they gave me a high-floor room where I could see a bit of the ocean from the side. However, the balcony door was incredibly hard to open, and the sofa chair on the balcony wasn't very clean. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and the coconut groves by the sea were beautiful.

The room was spotless, and Nikki was incredibly responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. Our room in the Emerald Tower had a fantastic view and was very convenient. The hotel environment is lovely, and the large pool is perfect for photos. The staff are warm, friendly, and provide excellent service. I highly recommend the fig bread at the all-day dining restaurant—it's super delicious! The wontons are pure meat and so tasty!

Had a great experience overall! There was a slight issue during check-in, but Nikki quickly sorted it out. The hotel environment is lovely, and the Pearl Tower offers fantastic views and a great photo spot. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even arranged a late checkout for us to accommodate our photo schedule. Excellent service all around!

The room itself was clean and tidy, with soft bedding and excellent bathroom facilities. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the location was super convenient for getting around. The service was thoughtful and attentive.

It was decent overall. The facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene was well-maintained. It's a family-friendly hotel with plenty of activities for kids. A downside was that most of the swim rings at the pool were broken. Some of the restaurant staff could improve their service. Overall, I stayed here on a promotional rate, so I can't expect too much for the price, and it was still livable.

The room was clean and hygienic; we didn't encounter any of the mosquitos or bugs mentioned online. Traveling with seniors and children, we were very pleased. The layout was well-designed, the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were of good quality. The hotel's overall environment was elegant, quiet, and safe, offering excellent value for money. Both the service and the ambiance were excellent, and we'll definitely be back!

The environment is beautiful, and our room was very quiet. The restaurant is large with a great variety of dishes! It's truly an excellent choice.
