Highly recommended for families, this resort offers many activities and play centre for kids. Also the staff is extremely helpful, we were provided with 24 hour butler service, Nicky did an exceptional job. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel is average in quality. Compared to even cheaper hotels, it's surprising! My expectations were high.
A much cheaper hotel offers free green tea to anyone who wants it, but this is not the case here.
Many things are poorly thought out. The staff is tired and disengaged. It feels like management is more interested in KPI numbers than in their customers. It's heartless.
There are no restaurants or amenities nearby. It's empty.
The shower water is inconsistent: sometimes it's normal, sometimes it's boiling hot.
The restaurant and breakfast area is small. Lines for breakfast. A cheaper hotel in another bay had a huge restaurant with plenty of space. At this hotel, the distance between some tables is 50 centimeters.
The lobby was under renovation. In the hallway, there are some hucksters offering dental services and teeth cleaning at dubious establishments. It's unpleasant.
After the rain, the stairs leading to breakfast are wet and dangerous, covered in white towels. They literally wipe up the rain puddles with your towels.
Since there's nothing around, the hotel prices are exorbitant. Ice cream is 68 yuan. Absolutely ridiculous prices for everything.
They monetize everything they can. There are cheap boats in the pool. They cost 10 yuan. Literally everything costs money. The cafe and restaurant are exorbitantly priced.
The beach towels are gray with brown stripes (were they used to wipe something off the floor?).
Some toolless farmers are working in the garden. One woman was sharpening her sickle on a square granite well, thinking it was stone.
The staff literally begs for good grades, despite their soulless work. They bluntly say their salaries depend on it. It's cheap manipulation.
I won't return to this hotel.

第一天進房間就發現了一衹小強，房間衞生很差，沙發和地毯到處都是臟印，淋浴間牆壁不知道是什麼東西，跟管家説過後（具體到哪裡哪裡有問題），第二天衞生還是沒有變化。房間和淘氣堡一股黴味，房間空調還壞了兩次，電梯也壞了很長一段時間，還好住的樓層不高，不然真是夠夠的。
服務一般，一個挖沙工具從主樓1樓問到3樓，又問到1樓，最後問管家才拿到，很費勁兒，也沒人介紹房間裏包含的早餐淘氣堡水上樂園什麼的在什麼地方，住的地方又不在主樓，過去了還得一個個問過去。
這個房間不在主樓，説起來有擺渡車方便，但真的很麻煩，什麼設施玩的都在主樓，一天下來盡來回車了。
還有一個很差的點，附近點了一個難吃的外賣，給了一個差評，居然被人找上門要求刪評價，直接就敲房間門了，酒店是一點安保都沒有嗎？

本來是為了躲避北方花粉過敏，倉促決定來三亞，什麼都沒想，隨便訂了個離機場不遠的酒店。完全沒想到，酒店前台給我升級的房間，寬敞、視野好。後面添加了管家微信，管家Elva的服務沒得説，有求必應，很晚了諮詢她問題，都及時迴應，每天主動問何時打掃房間方便，真的特別感謝。
客房打掃員很認真，溝通順暢。
酒店環境很好，有專屬地下通道，直接通往沙灘。
早餐品種豐富，味道也不錯，滿意。

作為三亞灣老牌頂流，服務還是很好的。我們因為行程匆忙，三亞灣衹待了一天，有點遺憾，這家酒店完全可以住上個兩三天。
我們定的是兩室的套房，入住以後，發現其實就是一個兩室一廳兩衞的家，還是一梯一户的房型，適合喜歡不被打擾的家庭長期旅居，
可圈可點的地方在於1.服務很好，夜裡因為急用點了外賣，工作人員還幫忙送到了房間；2.地理位置優越，距離機場很近，第一市場也是想去就去，最好的就是他的海邊，海岸線長，沙灘多貝殼且平緩，小年齡的小童也不怕他跑一會。3.活動挺多，我家小屁孩很喜歡酒店的奶瓶魚。
照片沒來得及拍，如果有下次的話，還是會作為選擇入住的對象。

I stayed in Pullman for three nights. First want to say that the location is really good and convenient, especially direct underground pass to the beach. The breakfast is various and delicious, a lot of options to choose from. My room had an access to the pool, which is great in the evening time but a bit noisy during the day. Plus sound isolation wasn’t good between the rooms and I could hear my neighbors. Room service is good though, staff is friendly and helpful. Want to mention Mariya who added my WeChat at the reception when I was checking in and who made sure I have all the information and help I needed. Massage at the spa there is amazing, definitely worth trying and the price isn’t high at all. Would recommend staying here 👍
