The room was clean otherwise but the toilet was smelly. The room was also very spacious, and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and easy to use. Views vere magnificent 👍
The western restaurant had some unprofessional waiters that did not give us the hotel promotional offer even though we asked about it. The food was pretty good but I expected a bit more from an expensive restaurant.
The swimming pool was nice and the staff was in general very helpful. The location is very good, it is easy to explore the city center from this location
Finally, the breakfast had a huge variety, it is worth it to pay for it. You can even skip lunch if you eat a lot there 😅

Beautiful ocean view from hotel. Room are clean and have good size. Bathtub at balcony are great design. Swimming pool at 3rd floor are the gem of the hotel with beautiful view sunset. Glass wall of the swimming pool is awesome to feel the surrounding natural. first floor has a kids playground with beautiful colors and facilities.

Good location with seaview and hving a washing machine in room is a plus point.
The only downside is the construction beside the hotel and was constantly making nosies throughout the night.

Very comfy stay at Central Coast Sea View Hotel! Very flexible arrangements with the check-in staff, for arranging early check-in and also breakfast arrangements.
Helper Eason was very friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

The hotel is spacious and clean with an amazing view of Phoneix Island and the ocean. Many eateries within walking distance and convenient to take a taxi to First Market and Sanya Bay which is within 10min drive. Our housekeeper, Cece, is extremely helpful with our requests. We have an issue with noise from guests above our level. I contacted her at 1am, she immediately tried to rectify the issue and offered to change room for us to ensure we have quality sleep.
The hotel has some renovation work due to new extension building, but it does not really impact us as their service is well rendered. Highly recommended.

Hotel located quite far from most attractions, so I thought it would be quiet, but sadly no. I reach on Sunday evening, but the balcony facing a construction site, which they have daily noises up to 10pm.
Has its own gym (huge), a swimming pool (small), a recreation spa with warm and cold soaks. Don't expect it to be the extreme hot or cold you find in most spa though.
Service and attention by staffs are impeccable and very polite. Room is tidy up daily. But go after construction completion would possibly have better enjoyment

The hotel itself was wonderful — a spacious room with a comfy bed, a bathtub with a sea view, and the most superb variety of breakfast buffet I’ve ever had in China, open from morning until noon (12:00).
There’s also free access to a huge indoor kids’ playground (which I didn’t enter).

However, be aware that there is a construction site nearby the hotel that can be quite noisy until late night and starts again early in the morning. Try to avoid rooms on the left-hand side of Building C facing the construction site.

If you plan to reach the hotel by tram, please note that the nearby station is currently closed. The most convenient way to get to and from the hotel is by taxi or Didi.
