Highly recommend Mangrove Tree Resort World! It's great value for money, conveniently located, and offers excellent service with plenty of activities. Shopping is a breeze too, with an H&M, Adidas, Nike, Balabala, and a cinema right downstairs in the mall. The resort facilities are comprehensive, so you literally have everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping without even leaving the premises. The room was spotlessly clean, and our butler, Anne, was warm, patient, and handled issues efficiently and promptly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great attention to detail, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended!

I have to commend the service at Sanya Mangrove Resort World! From check-in to check-out, the service was attentive throughout. Our butler, Anne, was incredibly responsive and detail-oriented. She was professional and efficient, proactively sending us important information about our stay. The room cleaning was meticulous, and the hotel's location is excellent – quiet surroundings yet convenient for transportation, close to attractions and the airport. We had a comfortable stay and a great time here. There's also a mall and a cinema right downstairs, which is very handy. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Sanya!

Staying at the Palm Family Hotel with kids was just perfect! The resort grounds are beautiful, clean, and tidy, and our room was spacious and bright. Both the water park and Adventure Kingdom offered fantastic entertainment, and my child had an absolute blast. Having a shopping mall right downstairs was incredibly convenient. Our butler, Anne, provided excellent service – she was patient, kind, and enthusiastic. Everything from dining to entertainment is covered here, making it a worry-free and comfortable stay. It's ideal for a family vacation, and I highly recommend it.

Facilities: The complex offers a complete range of entertainment, dining, and shopping, including a duty-free shopping street, a kids' club, a water park, a cinema, KTV, and bars, providing a true resort experience. It's also very close to Coconut Dream Corridor and the night market. Cleanliness: It's clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. Environment: The rooms are well-distanced from each other, ensuring privacy. The two-bedroom suite is perfect for families, and they provide comprehensive amenities like children's toothbrushes, bathrobes, pillows, slippers, laundry detergent, shampoo, and body wash. Service: The butler-style service is excellent; anything we needed was quickly replenished via WeChat.

Room: The family room felt more like a homestay, with a layout similar to a private home. The living room was spacious, and all the bedrooms were a good size. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. Service: The staff were very polite, but it seemed they were understaffed. There was only one person working at check-in, so I had to wait in line for quite a while. Amenities: Very convenient, the park area is huge, so you don't need to leave for food, drinks, or entertainment. Overall: It's definitely an older property, but the price makes up for it.

Facilities: The resort boasts a water park, indoor amusement park, cinema, shopping mall, supermarket, convenience store, and a food court. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: Excellent. Service: Five-star service, they proactively contacted me to ask about my needs beforehand.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! First off, the room was beautiful and my kids absolutely loved it. The hotel even thoughtfully provided children's pillows, a step stool, kid-sized bathrobes, and toiletries, which was incredibly considerate. The resort grounds are huge, with a Hainan coconut chicken restaurant, a Thai restaurant, a pasta workshop perfect for birthday celebrations, and even a water park and adventure kingdom. The kids had an absolute blast. There's even a shopping street inside the resort! With Chinese New Year approaching, there were tons of people buying clothes, making it a very lively atmosphere. It was a great experience, and we'll definitely be back!

Out of the 6 hotels I chose in Sanya, all family-friendly, this one was by far the worst value for money, despite costing over 1,000 yuan like the others. It doesn't even have a swimming pool, and the water park isn't much fun. To top it off, the bedsheets weren't clean when we arrived and we had to get the concierge to change them. This definitely doesn't feel like a 5-star hotel. Breakfast usually comes included, but not here, and it was very mediocre – just like what you'd get at a typical chain hotel, very low-grade. The Wi-Fi signal was also poor!

My friend recommended Palm Hotel, and my stay was excellent. It's really suitable for families with children. A special shout-out to our dedicated butler, Anne. After checking in, we added her on WeChat, and she responded immediately to all our questions. Her service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall, a food street, and a water park, making dining, entertainment, and getting around very convenient. Highly recommended!
