見過住三天時間不用辦入住沒見過房東，整個小區沒見到20個人的住宿嗎？空城小區🏘️，晚上睡覺安靜的衹有自己的聲音。大東海到南山寺需要一個多小時所以就臨時起意就近住下，提前沒有定到小區看到酒店環境泳池綠化都還不錯就聯繫房東，打了三個電話後房東找了一個游泳池的救生員帶我們看了房，給了房密碼就這樣住下了，當天下午四點多房東打來電話確定了下我的姓名，我確定説住兩晚會來換浴巾打掃下衞生吧！回答是會的。約好第二天8-9點辦入住，等到快九點未到打電話也未接，我們就去景點了，累一天到房間，啥呀！走什麼樣回來啥樣，洗澡間下水道堵了自己動手弄了下，馬桶蓋看評價上次都壞的依然壞的。床頭全是頭髮，我一根一根清理了。房間沒有提供任何飲用水，冰箱發黴了。因為新小區房間很新。設施很新。這是唯一可以過得去的。

體驗感非常不好，感覺像開盲盒，是不是剛好住到了，衞生差還有異味，杯子還有螞蟻！剛開業的時候住的體驗感特別好，住的那麪是小區景觀，安靜，房間很乾凈，這次住的感覺時間上一位旅客走了沒打掃一樣，但離南山寺確實很近很方便，不介意的旅客家庭旅遊確實值得推薦！

住了六晚。每次特別喜歡定這種樓盤裡麪的民宿，因為人少環境美物業也不錯。沒有酒店的嘈雜。一套二房間挺大的，有機會可以常住。喜歡。泳池孩子游的也特別開心

環境、衞生及設施合格，服務差到極致！説在售樓大廳接、等了半天不下來，打了半天電話、自己摸上樓找到了接待人員。沒有礦泉水、沒有什麼所謂的小食，廚房告知是不能使用的。那請問廚房要來幹嘛？上廁所用嗎？
