今天退房的時候把娃整哭了😭，因為她不捨得走！！！
從進入酒店開始活動安排的滿滿的，浮潛，泡泡大戰，親子嘉年華，冷焰火，獨立半日營，海上摩託艇，樓下逛免税店，行政酒廊吃吃喝喝，泳池bar吃吃喝喝，天府餐廳吃吃喝喝，早餐廳吃吃喝喝😂
住了兩天，幾乎沒出酒店，玩到精疲力盡。還想點名表揚所有的員工，我有記下他們的名字❤❤❤
感謝每一位員工的服務，給我們全家的三亞之行留下了非常非常美麗的記憶，下次來還會繼續選擇海棠灣洲際。

蜜月選的洲際，環境對得起這個價格，床尾對大海，起床就是藍天白雲，入住體驗非常好，餐食豐盛，早餐的粉很好吃，吃了兩碗，所有的餐廳環境和服務都好棒，有一點點小插曲也儘快解決了，提出幫我們延遲退房，中間沒有任何打擾，總的來説很滿意。
晚上去了濤餐廳吃飯，美人魚扒拉了海龜讓海龜跟我們合照，海龜有點記仇，追着美人魚尾巴咬，海底餐廳的美人魚是每一桌都會合影留念，不會讓任何人走空，不白來，都是活，不過酒店也記得調節一下員工關係，海龜老這麼大氣性也不是個事，但作為顧客光是海龜咬同事這頓飯最起碼回了500，很開心，下回還來！

入住非常滿意！因為航班變動衹住了一晚，完全沒住夠，也推薦給朋友了。
位置：酒店就在免税店旁邊，步行可達。
活動：親子活動很多。成人活動參加了水下助推器體驗，非常有意思，工作人員耐心講解好評！呼籲酒店增加些成人活動。
房間：雙床房88平尺度開闊景觀好，非常舒服。
服務：管家Ji Lucas提前聯繫，幫忙按需求給了最高層房間。接觸到的其他工作人員服務也都蠻好的，包括提前幫忙收快遞，寄存行李，遺落東西提醒等等。
旅拍：鉑爵旅拍的拍照體驗也很好，攝影師很會調動情緒，選片因為實在滿意還是多買了照片。
最後就是用攜程訂的體驗真的很好。

我們是媽媽帶着兩個孩子出行，前台給我們升級了邊套的海景套房。預訂的應該是中間的海景房。房間特別大，有270º的環形陽台海景，感覺適合年輕人度蜜月哈。海底餐廳大家如果要去的話，一定要提前預訂座位，我沒提前預訂，沒有靠窗的位置了，體驗就沒那麼好了，幸好中途有人沒來，工作人員中途給我們換了隧道位置，小朋友和美人魚有互動，體驗很好。總之呢，住天房洲際一定要住海景房和去海底餐廳體驗一下。其它和海棠灣其它酒店比較同質化。那兩個是亮點，不要錯過。

網上褒貶不一，做了好多功課，還好沒有選錯，入住免費升級房間，我們很幸運最後一天親子泳池修好對外開放，小朋友挖沙子、玩水，更是玩兒的不予樂乎。客房服務真的很及時，接駁車、小火車去海邊都很方便，另外超大草坪也很出片。離免税城很近，娃睡覺，我就可以去逛街🤭

非常開心入住海棠灣洲際酒店，從下車開始就有回家的感覺，房間又大又明亮，直面海景，風景一流，旁邊工地可以避開不影響，酒店有非常多的小童活動，小火車無限做，小童樂園也很乾凈，工作人員服務特別好☀️☀️☀️

房間：剛好是淡季，房間給了高樓層，視野非常好，而且看不到工地，進門前就把圍欄安好了。
服務：會提前打電話確認房間偏好，加微信詢問需求。Yarra每天都會主動聯繫，響應也非常及時，離店時還送了小禮物～酒店的工作人員態度都很友好，連做房間清潔的阿姨都會主動和小朋友打招呼。特別是換到清水灣一家價格差不多的酒店之後，會感歎洲際不管在房間、設施、服務都高一個檔次。
餐飲：早餐很豐富，選擇多，但味道就比較一般了。房間帶行政待遇，歡樂時光吃的種類比較少，補菜速度有點慢，但也能吃飽。酒店中餐廳很不錯，味道很棒！房間的外賣味道也不錯，價格和點外邊外賣差不多。
設施：娛樂設施對我們低齡寶寶完全夠用了，畢竟大廳的鵝*石都能玩半天，玩得非常開心。
旅拍：拍攝過程很開心，照片也滿意。
