The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and attentive service. The community environment was beautiful, and Vanke's property management was quite good and spotless. The kids also had a great time in the children's pool.

The butler service was attentive, the environment was comfortable, and parking was convenient. There were also many dining options. Since my stay was so pleasant, I extended it for another night by rebooking the original room through Ctrip.

This is my second time staying at Liangting, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and odor-free, and the kitchen facilities were complete, allowing us to make our own breakfast and dinner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very professional. The location is quite good, about a twelve-minute walk to Sanya Bay, which is perfect for seniors to take morning strolls and kids to go beachcombing in the evening. I regret my previous travel arrangements didn't allow me to stay two more nights; I actually felt a pang of reluctance to leave.

Facilities: Fully equipped. Hygiene: Everything was quite clean. Environment: Right across from the sea. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and responsible. This stay was a great experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Sanya.

Unbeatable value for money, and the service attitude is excellent. At this price point, having a washing machine plus a dryer, and being so close to the airport, makes it perfect as a travel hub. The location itself is also quite close to the beach, which is great.

The room was clean and tidy with a great view of the beach. It was quiet and comfortable, and it only took 3-5 minutes to walk from the complex to the beach. All the basic amenities were nearby. When we checked in, the host patiently explained everything and answered all our questions. A special thanks to our host, Shiyi, for the amazing food recommendations – foodies definitely shouldn't miss out!

We were very happy with the room, the service was excellent, and the location was great. It's right across from the ocean, and there's a snack street just 200 meters downstairs with delicious food. No mosquitoes or cockroaches in the room, and the tatami mattress was really comfortable – our child loved it! The only downside was a construction site nearby that started banging away early in the morning and continued until evening. Also, breakfast was the same for 5 days straight: milk, corn, and sweet potato with milk, haha, but it tasted fine. Overall, we were still very satisfied! Highly recommend staying here.

The room was clean, no strange smells, no mosquitoes, and you could cook. The best part was its proximity to the beach, just about a 5-minute walk. The complex was also very quiet at night, not noisy at all. Compared to other hotels nearby, it's super value for money! Whenever we had questions, the housekeeper was quite responsive. Recommended!

Very large new apartment and Extremely well equipped. The staff was friendly and responsive. The apartment was a bit dark, in a complex area which I didn't like much(but that is my personal opinion and doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the apartment)

The guesthouse is located within the Vanke Metropolis complex, which is a high-end residential area in Sanya Bay. It boasts a great environment and convenient location. Situated on the 16th floor, it's quiet, and the apartment is well-equipped with nice furnishings and ample toiletries – these are definite pros. However, there are two significant drawbacks. First, the bathroom had a severe odor issue. As soon as we opened the door, a strong stench hit us. We immediately informed the housekeeper, who only suggested turning on the exhaust fan. We ended up having to keep the bathroom door closed, but every time we entered, the smell was overwhelming and truly unbearable. Second, after turning off the lights in the master bedroom, one side of the light strip wouldn't completely switch off, which made it difficult for someone sensitive to light to get a good night's sleep. The service attitude was also not very welcoming. Compared to other guesthouses we've stayed in, it felt rather cold, and they offered no better solution for the odor problem. We checked out first thing the next morning.

We stayed for three nights, and it was perfect for a family trip. The environment was great, and the service was excellent. We booked a two-bedroom, but they upgraded us to a three-bedroom for free. Parking was also convenient, and it's very close to the beach. It was a wonderful stay!

I stayed for two nights and got a complimentary airport pick-up or drop-off service, plus an upgrade to a business car for 20 [yuan/currency]. The best part was being able to do laundry. It's super close to Coconut Dream Corridor, and walking to the beach was a real pleasure.

Service: As soon as we arrived, the staff provided us with a guide for activities and dining, telling us where to find convenient eateries, the nearest fruit market, and how to get around. The service was truly exceptional. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and pulling back the curtains revealed the sea. The price wasn't expensive either. If I get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely stay here.
