Great Place, Kind employees Clean place, free of chemicals or pesticides I recommend highly They saved my life! I recommend this hotel to everyone... "The Place where I was staying before, not good... The owners of the previous place were worried only about the money! and denying responsability for wrong things they did and did not informed the guests about"

Talvez um dia tenha sido melhor. O quarto era claustrofóbico. Lençóis e toalhas de péssima qualidade. O café da manhã medíocre. Não tem estacionamento. A pizza servida é de massa de supermercado, aquecida no forno elétrico. Nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim, mas aprendi a jamais escolher um hotel que não permita cancelamento. Preferi sair antes de terminar a estadia.

O atendimente dos funcionários foi excelente, o quarto é um pouco antigo, mas bem limpo...tivemos muitos problemas com barulhos noturnos, o ar condicionado faz um barulho que atrapalha ... o chuveiro fcou varias vezes apenas com agua fria, apsar da prestisao dos funcionários o problema nao foi solucionado e tivemos que tomar banho frio

Excelente estada neste hotel! Local muito organizado e muito bem centralizado! Funcionários excelentes e muito prestativos!!! Restaurante bem eficiente com lanches, pizza e caldos! Ambiente aconchegante e acolhedor! Roupas de cama excelentes e colchão bem agradável! Ambiente bem limpo e silencioso. Havia uma obra ao lado da pousada que nao nos permitiu descansar depois das 8 da manhã...um pouco chato mas nao é culpa do hotel! Café da manha bem sortido excelente...destaque para o bolo de manga que eu experime teu pela primeira vez e gostei muito! Voltaria sem sombra de dúvidas!

Os quartos tem dimensões acanhadas e o banheiro é bem pequeno. Mas, no geral a estadia foi boa.

Fico sempre neste hotel quando saio do Rio para Belo Horizonte. Hotel bem localizado no centro histórico da cidade. Farto comércio no entorno e vários pontos turísticos que se acessa a pé. A limpeza é impecável. Café da manhã com tudo que MG tem de gostoso. Os funcionários são muito gentis. Recomendo este hotel.
