Não tem recepção. Dificuldade de cadastrar o rosto pra acessar o prédio. O sofá cama é precário pois tem desnível e só serve pra criança até 10 anos. Sugiro ter lorza diária. Sugiro dar opções de camas de solteiro.

Horrible experience and was verbally assaulted by the security. There is no lobby or reception here and we never recieved an access code to get in; the security was rude, grabbed my phone from my hands and screamed obscenities to my husband and I. We were there for work and im 6 months pregnant, he called us poor and that we wouldn’t be let into the building. I spoke with the Charlie team on WhatsApp and even though they apologized for the situation we didn’t feel safe and left to find an actual hotel. This was the worst experience and service and I’m still waiting for my refund.

The automated portery is very high tech and people from other countries might find it intimidating. But trust the whatsapp answer and you will get through to a real person.

O quarto foi muito bom, bem decorado, roupa de cama nova, e tudo funcionando. Uma varanda grande. Muito bem localizado. Ponto negativo da estadia foi o chuveiro elétrico, que não dá conta de tomar banho com os 15ºC que fizeram na semana, inacreditável um flat num prédio novo e com a estrutura que tem, não utilizar aquecimento no chuveiro.

Razoável
Achei uma estadia razoável com pontos positivos e alguns a melhorar.
Os pontos positivos são a localização, que é de fácil acesso a diversos lugares centrais, como também gostei bastante dos lençóis e travesseiros que são bem confortáveis. Existem pratos, talheres e panelas, cafeteira e já deixam 2 cápsulas de brinde. Achei isso bem legal.
Porém, existem pontos a melhorar.
Inicialmente a comunicação com o anfitrião é automática pelo WhatsApp, o que dificulta bastante a comunicação. Como também para entrarmos no condomínio, embora já tivéssemos enviado nossas fotos e documentação, precisávamos sempre que queríamos entrar e sair, era necessário a identificação pra sermos liberados.
No apartamento achei que precisa ser usado um difusor pra melhorar o cheiro doambiente, pois saia do ralo um odor bem desagradável.
Outro ponto, foi o edredom que estava sujo e manchado, como também o sofá.
Tirando, isso foi uma boa estadia
