The check in was smooth despite late arrival (near midnight). The receptionist Junior was very courteous.
The room was clean. The shared toilet and shower were also clean. The only thing that annoyed me was the crowd noise from the street. Good earplugs are recommended.

The room is dark and lack of air ventilation. There is no A/C which made it worse. The window of my room is connected to the dining area, which partially took away my privacy (you can close the window but again, there will be little air ventilation) and can easily hear people chatting in the morning when I tried to sleep.
The communal toilet is small but in okay condition. There is no separation between the shower and the toilet, and the condition looks less than okay.
The staff are really nice. The breakfast is really basic: bread with butter, biscuits, coffee and milk.
Overall, it is an okay place to stay if price is the only concern. However, paying a little more could get you much decent options in the same area.

Second time I've stayed at this hotel, I believe it's not worth it... rooms are hot, without windows, without air conditioning or minibar. For just a little more, you can find better hotels in the center of SP.

The photos on the website do not match the reality of the space! Pay attention to whether or not there is a bathroom in the room, whether or not there are two single beds in the room as well as a door to the bathroom. And Sunday there is no breakfast!!!!

My company Laptop Backpack was stolen from the Hotel luggage rack while I was away. Hotel is in Cracolândia. Leave it in the luggage rack as recommended by the Hotel. But the hotel did not file a report of the theft. He took no responsibility for what happened. They took advantage because they knew I had a flight on the same day.
