Terrible. My stay had breakfast included. However, even after showing proof of the reservation, I received a charge for breakfast and numerous contacts from the hotel harassing me during the 3 nights (4 days) that I was there. This ruined the peace of my leisure trip, planned in advance down to the smallest detail. In fact, the included breakfast factor was sine qua non for choosing the location.

The room was surprising, spacious, good bed. Close to Paulista, so you can do a lot of things on foot. The room is quiet, which is great, we could get a lot of rest. Very warm shower. Breakfast a little weak, we missed natural orange juice, it was from a box, the cake was also one of those you buy at the market, but I believe it is ok for the hotel's standard. Another negative thing is that it was very cold, there was no duvet in the room, the air is old, there was no visible heating system, so the first night I was very cold, but the next day I asked for the duvet and everything was fine.

On 01/24 I made a reservation for 2 nights (10 to 02/12/23 - R$ 617.50) at the London Class Suites flat. The reservation was non-cancellable and I paid in cash using my credit card. The owner contacted me, gave me all the details, apartment number, wifi password and even asked for the guests' ID numbers and car license plates. However today, 01/2, they canceled my reservation without further explanation and did not refund the amount paid. Therefore, I write this review to alert everyone about what happened, so that no one else is harmed like what happened to me.

I stayed in a space with very old furniture, ugly decor and all-white lighting. Super old hallway. The bed is good, good sheets but no heater or extra blanket. Old sofa. Breakfast without any fuss... But the location is good and so is the shower. There was no access ramp and no one to help with the bags; Inadvisable for those traveling alone with weight.
