I was pleased with the hotel, the price-quality ratio is excellent, for the money it costs it is ideal, the location is good, there are plenty of restaurants/snack bars and shops nearby. It's a bit far from Paulista, about 20 minutes on foot. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a microwave). The room is clean, you can clearly see that they are watching it.

The stay was great. There was a woman named Sweeney that helped me find the laundry room, and made sure that I had everything I needed. Everything was very clean and worked ; and the staff was very attentive and professional. The neighborhood was great. It had a lot of food options and coffee houses. I am definitely going to stay here again.

Great location, large rooms. Unfortunately it’s poorly kept with low quality bedding and towels. Cleaning seems to be minimum. Pool area and gym are a waste os space. This is a nice place in a great location. It has a lot of potential but it needs a serious upgrade
