I received a call from the hotel a few days ago. The manager Alexandra charged me the price difference. After arriving at the hotel, I did not ask for any room changes. I just asked for an inspection. The hotel manager came and thought I should stay on the old side of the hotel. Down, because this hotel has two sides, the newer one in granite, and the old one with the carpet with a musty smell. I think this is ridiculous, she even thinks that the rate of R $ 130.00 is to stay on the side of the elderly, and I think her behavior is ridiculous

房間還可以 很大 附近旅遊景點很多 離華人街區走路過去即可 本人未遇到治安風險問題 但周圍流浪漢較多 注意個人安全 手機等貴重物品 儘量不在公共場所暴露

I went with my wife to see her family because she is Brazilian and we stayed at Delplaza for the first few days and I can say that it was one of the best hotels I stayed at in São Paulo, great service and food. I would definitely go back for another visit and stay at Hotel Delplaza

Hotel tradicional, apesar de antigo é todo reformado e modernizado . Ou seja não tem cara daqueles hotéis velhos maquiados. Além disso conta com ótima localização, entre o bar Brahma e a praça da República. É uma região do centro histórico de São Paulo muito bem policiada 24h. Café da manhã nota 7, quer dizer, vc provavelmente já viu melhores, mas não deixa a desejar e provavelmente é melhor q o da sua casa 😬. Super recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar com certeza quando tiver que ir ao centro de SP.

Excelente atendimento de todos os colaboradores! Gostaria de agradecer e elogiar o colaborador Augusto por ter me ajudado com um upgrade de quarto após ver o quão exausta estava depois de passar o dia inteiro no aeroporto de Guarulhos e ter trabalhado no mesmo dia ele fez um atendimento exemplar e excelente continue assim que você vai longe. Agradeço a todos os colaboradores do restaurante no café dá manhã (maravilhoso) colaborador Kaique exemplo de educação... Infelizmente não consigo lembrar o nome do garçom que me recebeu de manhã com sorriso no rosto mas acredito que saberiam! Parabéns a essa excelente equipe e a estrutura do hotel!
