Hotels in Santo Amaro, Sao Paulo

Parking vault is required, or an indication of a parking. WPP care I didn't think very good, sometimes delayed, without immediate return, I think I missed to be able to talk to someone live like in a portier, or have a more speedy return in the case of late checkout.

The room is very educated and very demanding, unfortunately, it smells like a strong mopho, closed, it doesn't smell, a hard bed and a small shower box, and looks like I'm so tight. In addition, air conditioning works well and the room is quiet.

It's horrible digital on the cantilever table. Lighting near the table could be white light and suitable for the work, at least one spot on the ceiling or close to the work table lighting is suitable for the work. All in all, success. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is in a very good location, near the supermarket, butterflies, bakery, pharmacy. The hotel's food is excellent and accommodation. One point I would like to report was not good, that the air conditioning was not cold, but ventilation was good and the SP climate was cold, so it compensates.

We took a 30-hour flight and arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to provide an early check-in. We requested access to a shower room for a quick freshen-up, as we had a meeting at 11 a.m., but the front desk declined our request. We were a bit disappointed with this. Others than this, the room is spacious, all good.

Excellent service and excellent location! I had a small problem with the booking (I asked a room with TV and I was given a without), but it was immediately resolved. Practicely in front of Borba Gato Metro Station (which makes it very easy to transport from one side to the other). I would recommend and return again.

The hotel in general is very good, but I thought the service was lacking. The restaurant closes at 10:30 pm and after that time there is no room service. We ordered food through the app and I asked the reception for cutlery, they told me I had to go down to the restaurant to see if they could provide it.
