I loved Pao’s. The location is superb, breakfast has absolutely everything you could want and the staff are so lovely. I had an issue with my first room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue and move me to a different room. Don’t miss the Valley rooms, they really are beautiful with amazing views. I will definitely be back!

Hotel Pao Sapa.
Breakfast - Good
Room is clean and bed is comfortable.
The view outside the hotel is fantastic.
Though there is an entrance fee to moana sapa but it’s worth the money for photos
The only feedback is there is no covered walkway to get to the heated swimming pool unless you walk out of the hotel (about 20 steps). It’s too cold to walk back to hotel after a dip 😂

Good hotel with nice views. The only thing is the breakfast does not come with halal and vegetarian foods even though they are some foods available for consume but limited choices.

A lovely, calm place to stay with an amazing view! The restaurant was also surprisingly good, with better food than we could find in the city itself. The staff was very kind and friendly. Taxis are located right outside but they had free shuttle buses too which was a great plus.
I can recommend this place any day and would stay here again next time visiting Sapa.

Good hotel in a nice and quiet area, the view from the room is amazing!
Unfortunately the indoor pool is not that good, and during winter you have to pass by a very cold corridor.
The central heating also was not working, but the hotel provide us a portable one.
Breakfast is ok, nothing special. The service in general is not a 5 stars, they should improve because they have a very nice area.
