InterContinental Sapporo by IHG

The hotel is relatively new, and the front desk service was perfectly fine. During my stay, I wanted something cold to drink, and when I called the front desk, their response time and service-mindedness were excellent! Definitely worth praising. The housekeeping staff even folded my clothes (though I messed them up right away), but it definitely added a nice touch. This is a hotel I would consider staying at again next time I'm in Sapporo.

The hotel room was relatively new and the facilities were quite complete. A big thank you to the front desk staff on the day of check-in for helping me call the car rental company to retrieve my lost documents!

The location is good, near Nakajima Park. However, the hotel isn't grand enough. They only provide two bottles of mineral water daily, along with a pitcher of water that isn't sealed. I'm not sure why. This doesn't match the room rate. The value for money is just average.

The hotel was excellent! The room was spacious, the view was great, and everything felt brand new. The staff provided exceptional service too. We dropped off our luggage early before heading out, and when we returned to check in that evening, a staff member escorted us all the way from the ground floor to the 9th-floor lobby. Our room was already assigned when we gave our name, and our luggage was already waiting for us inside. The breakfast was also absolutely fantastic – delicious and fresh, especially the sashimi rice bowl. My 6-year-old son even got a complimentary breakfast. We also dined at their French restaurant for dinner. For three people, we ordered two full courses and a children's set meal, which only came out to 1500 RMB. The best part was that each dish was paired with a different wine, offering incredible value for money. This hotel truly offers a luxurious experience; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!
