The cleanliness needs to be improved. The carpet inside the lift was dirty. One day, the staff missed tidy up my bed. The table was dusty when oI first checked in. But the location is superb. The staff are friendly.

Overall a very comfortable stay in the hotel. Near to many eateries and Susukino subway station. Hotel room is immaculate and housekeeping was great! There is a self help coffee machine at the reception up to 5pm daily. Window view shown in the picture.

Decently size hotel at 21msq. Next to Hosei Susukino Metro station (a stop away from Odori Station in Tohu Blue Line) and within walking distance to airport bus bus-stop. Many restaurants and eating places around including Tanukokoji Walking Street. Hotel changes towels and replenish water & amenities daily but only clean every 4 days. Overall nice hotel, good location and convenient most places of interests.

Room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 young children. Location was superb. Parking was convenient and had to get tickets from hotel reception to enjoy 1 night parking at 1200yen

Nice hotel Strategis

Went to Sapporo in mid-end October and stayed at Mecure Sapporo, which made me regretted my choice. The lobby and lift are filled with heavy smoke smell because only certain levels are smoke-free. In room, the air-conditioning does not work during Autumn (like what?) which caused the air in the room to be very stale and shockingly, our room was dusty as well. As the window could not be opened, it was truly very horrible, especially while sleeping at night. Even though there is the air purifier, it did not help at all. It was one of the worst sleep I ever had as we woke up in the middle of the night sweating (in Autumn btw) and feeling very stuffy. Will not recommend at all and will not book Mecure Sapporo again.

amazing location - super convenient! i was upgraded to the superior room as it was overbooked that day and it was such a nice stay! friendly hotel staff - to the cleanliness of the hotel and room. will definetely be back!

The hotel location was superb. Nearby the busy streets of Sapporo with many food choices around. There is Lawson and 711 downstairs. The rooms are slightly bigger than usual rooms in Sapporo which we compared. The part which requires to use 2 lifts to get out of the building didn't really bother us at all. We enjoyed our 5 nights stay there

Hotel is near the Shopping streets and really near 2 subway stations. Their room was really clean and big. The service is amazing and really enjoyed our stay overall.

Superb location at sapporo town. Breakfast is good. Walking distance to walking street.

Fantasy location. The room was slightly dated and some moulding spots around the bathtub and sink. No housekeeping, but only amenities top-up during our two nights stay. Given it'd prime location and we don't spend a lots of time in the hotel, it is still a decent one to stay. We didn't take their breakfast package so can't comment on that.

The location is very convenient, just a few mins walk from both Susukino and Hosui-Susukino subway station. The room was clean too and reasonably sized. The staff of the front desk was very friendly and helpful too!
