Location: It's about a ten-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It was a bit of a hassle dragging my luggage in the snow at night when I didn't know the way, but it was easy to find my way in the morning. It's quite close to Odori Park and also convenient for catching the bus to the ski resorts.
Service: The front desk staff, whether speaking Chinese, Japanese, or English, were all very attentive. They asked detailed questions and were prompt and helpful with booking taxis.
Room: Not particularly large, and opening a suitcase was a bit difficult, but the king-size bed and mountain view made up for it, which I found acceptable.
Cleanliness: I didn't notice any uncomfortable dirty spots.
Dining: The breakfast was excellent, offering everything you'd expect. Even during the peak Chinese New Year period, it wasn't chaotic. The service in the restaurant was great, though the restaurant's front desk staff seemed a little irritable.
