It was pretty good! I could borrow an umbrella when it rained, and the coffee machine in the lobby could make hot chocolate. There were also two complimentary glasses of wine, but unfortunately, it wasn't plum wine. The white and red wines were just okay, nothing special.

The hotel is very close to Sapporo Station, and there are convenience stores just a short walk in either direction. My child got sick and threw up in the middle of the night. After contacting Trip.com, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and quickly arranged a room change for us. In the morning, the front desk spent over half an hour assisting us with contacting a hospital and emergency services. We're so grateful for their help! When we checked out, they even asked if my child was feeling better. I was truly impressed by the professionalism of the Japanese service industry.

The location is super convenient! We had to take the subway from Sapporo Station every day, and we didn't have to transfer. The hotel lobby is grand and beautiful. The front desk is on the second floor, and they give you a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival.
