When you exit JR, don't take the North Exit!!! The East Exit is the closest. You'll see a 7-Eleven right away, and then just keep going straight. It should only take about 3 minutes in total. I went to the North Exit before and walked for ages!!! P2 and P3 show the hotel's breakfast, which is served from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM.

This hotel room offers a clean and suitable environment for one person. Located near Sapporo Station, it provides easy access to New Chitose Airport and the subway system. Convenience stores are also nearby, adding to the convenience of the stay. Breakfast is delicious and ample, making for a great start to each day.

They practice eco cleaning but change the towels daily. They don't serve muslim friendly breakfast but the staff were so helpful when I asked about the ingredients. There is a coffee machine available until 12 am. Water and ice dispenser are also available. I like that their washing machine and dryer are available 24hrs for a small fee. I especially like the location of the hotel which is close to the main station and bus center. Really convenient to get around.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! First off, the location is unbeatable – super close to Sapporo JR Station, which made it incredibly convenient for meeting up with day tours, heading to the airport, or taking the JR to Otaru. Walking to Odori Park wasn't far either. Secondly, the service was excellent. Although they stated cleaning would be done every three to four days, the staff actually came daily to empty the trash, make the bed, and replenish toiletries, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, there were complimentary mini packets of hand cream in the lobby, which was a lifesaver for hands that get chapped and dry in the cold weather. Finally, we were lucky enough to get a winning room key and received a gift – a truly unforgettable memory!

Good location. Bathroom is small. TV has Youtube. Elevators are always overloaded during checkout time. We've been waiting for 5 rounds still no chance to get in then given up and use staircase instead.

The room wasn't too small, and the breakfast was plentiful. Plus, there's unlimited free coffee at the front desk. It's really close to both the Sapporo subway and JR stations, making it super convenient for getting around! I'd definitely stay here again. I stayed at one of their hotels in Nagasaki before, and it was excellent value for money!

Pretty good! The hotel is a bit old, but it's very comfortable. The free breakfast was also decent and filling. It's quite close to the JR station and Hokkaido University. It's a bit of a distance from Susukino though.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I was once again impressed by everything. The location is excellent, very close to the station. It offers great value for money, is clean and hygienic, and the service is attentive. The rooms are quiet, and the breakfast spread is fantastic.
