The staff are very nice and helpful. They can speak good English and that helps us a lot. We only spent a night at the hotel and had to leave at 6am in the morning for the airport. The hotel was very considerate and very kind to allow us to substitute the lunch buffet for the breakfast buffet which otherwise we would miss. The hotel was on the mountain and the cottage was nicely decorated. We spent a very romantic night in the snowy weather enjoying the cozy onsen. The food at the dinner buffet was very delicious and in a great variety. We are thinking about returning for a longer stay.

Beautiful hotel not too far from the main onsen street. However, this provides a secluded environment for the hotel to feel very resort like. Decoration and design was classy and top notch. Onsen was good with multiple indoor pools and 2 outdoor pools. Buffet food choice and quality was top notch for both lunch and breakfast.

Buffet was average, stayed in the cottage private onsen room, furniture outdated, slipper terrible, not worth the money

The transportation is very convenient. You can take the subway at Sapporo Station and walk about five minutes from the subway to the hotel bus. The room is very clean and very large, and can accommodate four large suitcases. The hot spring is also very good, and the bedrock bath is very special. The only difference is that the food variety is a little limited.

This is the first time I can't wait to review a hotel. The hotel has a great view and excellent service. The hotel has a shuttle bus. Check-in time is 15:00. If you arrive early, you can go around the area. There are not many people in Futami Park, which is very photogenic. The Jozankei Shrine happened to have a snow lantern festival on the day I went there. The hotel gave me 3 free tickets. After a round of sightseeing, I arrived at the room and my luggage was already put away. The hot springs and meals were also impeccable. Worth it!

The service is very good, the hotel food is great, it makes people hungry, we booked breakfast and dinner, the hotel shuttle bus is opposite the Makomanai exit, across the road, it is not a yellow bus, we were picked up by a green bus. The hot spring is very nice
