Lovely hotel, fantastic service, very friendly staff. Everything is as in the description of the hotel, both the rooms and the parking lot. WiFi excellent. A varied breakfast. Flawless hygiene. The location is perfect, all important sights in the city can be visited on foot. All recommendations, we will be back for sure!

Pristine hotel with staff who ensure your stay is as successful as possible. I’m an unadventurous eater but the breakfast is an abundance of healthy, satisfying and indulgent options. Easy stroll to all places of interest and river walk is almost immediate.

Excellent hotel at a near perfect location. Staff is perfect, all of them speak good English and are very helpful. Breakfast is varied enough for a good start of the day. Very quiet at night (we slept on the backside). The centre is 5-10 minutes away, walking to Baščaršija took us 15 minutes at a relaxed pace. Free parking is available, but pretty cramped and hard to get in (or out) because of the car parked in the small alleys around the back entrance. All in all a great experience and we will certainly be back on our next trip to Sarajevo.

the outside appears a little drab, but don’t let that fool you. Hotel Festival is a very nice hotel in a perfect location. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. I couldn’t find anything wrong with the hotel at all and would stay here again. I will say, despite a good buffet selection, I wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast, but I think it is just my personal taste – it all seemed well prepared and well presented. If I go back to Sarajevo, I would stay at Festival again

We stayed here on our Balkan road trip in 2023. This hotel was perfect! Staff and reception was very friendly, helped us with the free parking in their own garade in the back of the hotel. We were upgraded to a higher room class for free and a welcome note was waiting already in the room along with a small scented lavender bag! Wonderful. The room was very spacious, super comfortable, with sofas and chairs, comfortable bed, fridge, large bathroom with shower, ameneties. Reception was very helpful with questions. Breakfast is also good with a few warm dishes and cold cuts, veggies, sweets, 4 different local and organic honeys, bread, spreads, fruits, tea and coffee. Lots of condiments and spices also to spice up your breakfasts. Located very close to all attractions, short walk to main sights. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for three nights during a Balkan vacation with our children. Extremely kind and helpful staff. They were willing to go out of their way to help us and make us feel at home. On the third day, our youngest child was unwell and felt like he had a fever. We asked the front desk if they had a thermometer. They didn't but had someone to get it immediately for us. When we went to the front desk they had the thermometer as well as medicine. When we offered to pay they declined. Also, when our child wasn't feeling well, we used one of the staff's online ordering details to order in. Every person at the front desk asked to see how our child was doing. The rooms were very clean and nice, but the service was outstanding!

Se nota cuando cuidan los detalles, y este hotel lo hace. Habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y limpias. El hotel es muy nuevo (o por lo menos lo parece) y se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila a solo 10 minutos andando del centro de Sarajevo. Tiene parking gratuito y un desayuno excelente. Una opción perfecta.
