Charming hotel right in the middle of Old Sarajevo. It’s a bit difficult to get to by car because the street isn’t drivable but road and tram access close by. Dining and markets right out the front door. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator though so one thing to be aware of. Staff super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Great location, the friendliest staff, wonderful Bosnian hospitality, and the location could not be better. Comfy bed, good shower, love the constant supply of free coffee, cookies and bottled water, and a tasty breakfast to set you up for a day exploring Sarajevo. Hvala, Hotel Old Sarajevo!

Excellent location right on pedestrian street in the old town. You can not access by car, and parking nearby is not actually guaranteed. I suggest you park - like we did- in underground parking lot “Stari Grad Garaž” accross the street and ask there to charge you per day, not per hour. Hotel had a very helpful staff. The breakfast was nice but the coffee did not live up to Bosnian standards - I would rather suggest you have a coffee in one of the cafes on the street that open early.

A small boutique hotel in Baščaršija with modernly furnished rooms and a traditional touch. Delicious and varied breakfast. Friendly staff who is always available for advices and will answer all your questions. Our family felt really welcomed here. Great location from where you can reach all the sights on foot. Restaurants, shops, cafes are practically at the doorstep. I strongly recommend it.

What a gem of a hotel! My room was clean and ready for me when I arrived even though I was a little early. The receptionist staff were friendly and helpful, even lending me an electrical converter for the three days I was there. From the front door, there was a currency exchange just across the street as well as restaurants and shops left and right. It's an easy walk to any place in the old town center. The hotel is small and there is no elevator but it is very quiet, secure and welcoming. Coffee, tea and beverages are available all day, and a buffet breakfast can be added for a modest fee. All in all, an exceptional hotel and if I return to Sarajevo, I will stay here again.

Great location, right in the heart of old town, which can be a downside sometimes, if there is an event nearby you will definitely hear it but overall I'd stay there again. Great service and recommendations from reception on where to eat, etc and the very lovely reception today even exchanged some Euros for me and gave me a few marks extra just in case I needed it for the taxi to the airport! Talk about great service!

We stayed here for four nights. It is one of the friendliest, most accommodating and pleasant hotels we have stayed in for a while. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was powerful and easy to use. They helped us with an early breakfast when we had full-day tours, gave us advice on local travel options and arranged an airport transfer. The hotel is in a good position in the old town, with restaurants and cafes nearby, but the room was still very quiet. We would certainly recommend staying here.
