I was extremely happy with my stay at this hotel. The owner & her staff were brilliant. They were so helpful & nothing was too much trouble for them. In fact, this hotel felt more like home for the weekend.
The hotel itself was very clean, modern, in a quiet location and the breakfast was good with fresh food available daily. The location is also ideal & it is a short walk to the old town and all the main attractions

My stay at the Hotel Boutique 36 was really good. The room was decent and the staff very helpful and friendly. The location was very good for walking tours to the old town.

I booked with this hotel following a colleague's recommendation and was so glad that I did. For the airport transfer, they had someone at the airport with my name on a sign and helped me with my large amount of luggage. I only knew a few Bosnian words, but their English is perfect, and they gave me all kinds of good suggestions and information. They also called a taxi for me when it was time to leave. The rooms were lovely and very clean. I had no problem with hot water, and the A/C unit worked well. The location is perfect, as you're just two minutes walk to the main ***** of the city. I definitely will stay here again on any short visit to the wonderful city of Sarajevo.
