It is convenient to stay on the road but I was unhappy with the check in

Monica was the check in associate. She was friendly , knowledgeable and just a pleasure to talk to The room was clean and very spacious A very good value

The room was clean and well kept. Housekeeping will come in to make the bed and put fresh towels while you aren’t there if you do not put the DND on the door. The only complaint I have is that we reserved the room on ******* with a debit card that we did not want the room charged to, just to make the reservation (which it states the card will not be charged). Upon arriving we gave a different card to cover the 4 night reservation, however they continued to charge our debit card separately for each day even though we had paid in full with a different card. The first time it happened, we were told by a staff member it was a glitch in the system and wouldn’t happen again. The following day another charge for another day was pending on the debit card. After speaking with management they were able to remove the debit card but the money did not get released for another at least another 6 days. Long story short, be careful if you pay with *******. Also, the price charged by the hotel was a bit more than what ******* stated.

Clean room, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & lotion in the bathroom… excellent breakfast, everything you can think of.

Why this place is great. Holiday Inn in Saraland is a phenomenal place for an overnight stay we had taken our annual trip to the Florida Keys for Lobster season opening. At the end of our lobster trip we drove 800+ miles to Saraland to spend the night on our way home. Our air-conditioning in our car had failed before we left the keys. Needless to say we were pretty exhausted by the time we were arrived at Saraland, Alabama. The Holiday Inn was magnificent. The mattress felt so comfortable. The pillows were perfect. They gave me a very relaxing overnight stay the manager Glenn was a great person and also was the staff. I highly recommend this place for an overnight stay or a business trip in the Mobile area. Kudos to the staff at this hotel.

Staff did a good job, however on my last day, housekeeping took my tip, but left the bed unmade. This was unacceptable. Complained to front desk.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Room has dated pull down blinds that do not move. Therefore, Cannot completely block out light not open a bit to get in light to our liking. Crumbs on the carpet. Soap ring and hairs in the shower. Have not had breakfast yet so I cannot rate that.

After a long day of driving, I was exhausted, but the staff made my check-in quick and easy. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room and the overall establishment were clean and welcoming. A great experience from the moment I arrived.

Very clean room and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was ample. Better breakfast on Friday than Thursday.
