Sweet Florida Bungalow We had to find a place close to where my mom was staying with her spouse. He was just released from the hospital from a very unfortunate long hospital stay. A last minute trip to Florida to assist her and see him was necessary and thankfully we found this. Communication was very good and always prompt. Extremely accommodating as we had to extend our stay 3 times. This little bungalow was very nice and had all necessary things to make things very easy for us in a very difficult time. Location is great too! Close to the beach, restaurants and grocery.

Cozy, old style, single family Florida home. Home is decorated with an eye for detail. Lots of colorful Florida style artwork as well as both useful and decorative lighting. Everything we needed for our six day stay was well stocked. The house was spotlessly clean. Comfortable king size bed with crisp white sheets in primary bedroom. White bath towels also showed cleanliness. Wi-Fi was easy to access and reliable. Hosts, Richard & Lisa, were pleasantly available for questions and easy to work with. We chose this location, for the second year in a row, because of its proximity to a family reunion; but it's also so close to a great family run breakfast diner, cool sunset restaurants, a fantastic family run Italian catering/restaurant and the beach is just a hop, skip and a jump away.

Enjoyed every moment! Great location! This was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults. The house was well equipped, clean, and nicely updated. The owner was extremely responsive, helpful, and communicative. The location truly cannot be beat- west of Tamiami trail and super easy & quick to get to the beach! Thanks Richard and Lisa, we loved our stay!

Cute and clean house This house is exactly as listed. Very nicely decorated and clean. The location is good, close to everything by car. We had a question and the owner responded quickly. Would recommend it to friends and would stay here again.
