The hotel is good.
The staff is very friendly.
Everything is very clean.
Breakfast is good.
Room service is poor.
Don’t clean your room every day.
We was 2 days there and I call because we need change the towels.
They explained to me that I had to take the used ones to the front desk I did it. But there were four of us and they only gave us two towels. We were there two days ago.
So they gave me two pool towels.that's unacceptable.
The jacuzzi water it’s just warm.
Cuban people was there listening music inaceptable for us because we had kids

Wonderful location with lots around. The hotel was very clean and the pool area was great. Breakfast was a nice addition with lots to choose from. The place felt safe and comfortable. We will stay again for sure.

When i first got to my room, the sheets smell like it wasn't clean, the lights keptd flickering. On probability my third night there was feces in the lobby, the smell was horrible. And this where breakfast is served etc.

Great stay. Room size was great and suuuuper clean which is important. Facility was great and clean plus lots of parking spaces. Breakfast was great, always full, comfortable and had lots of variety.

Close to lots of shopping and the highway, which makes it a breeze to get around. The property is a good stay for a short trip! I would recommend.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn't working. Seen a cockroach in the bathroom.

I always stay here when I'm in town and have never had any issues! Visit Millers Ale House next door, always good food and drinks!
