Everything was clean. Access to room from parking lot was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Just an overnight stay on the way to Montreal. Excellent person at check-in. She was so helpful when we had a small television problem.
Breakfast was well done. Eggs were perfect, sausages were very good. Breakfast area very clean and organized.

Area okay but no housekeeping cleaning service offers… we emptied own garbage, no change sheets for a week staying, ask for needed supplies like toilet rolls, tissue etc…..

We got the second last room available and when observed, the protective latch for the inside door was broken off (it was a room on the main level that had an outside door and inside door). There was an additional mystery door that was unable to be secured which led to another mystery door. Then when requested to switch to the other available room, the toilet seat had a dirty burn mark and other black marks on it, there was staining and unfinished repairs in various parts of the bathroom walls, and there was staining on a couple pillows and the curtain. The customer service is fantastic and the first time we stayed a few weeks ago there were none of these issues.

Checked in on Monday - room was dirty, called front desk for clean sheets/towels on Tuesday, had to go pick them up, also asked for room service, room service was not provided until Thursday. The place is full of service workers who may not complain about cleanliness, but I care where I sleep, eat, etc! Left early! Had reservations until Friday. The positive we’re the breakfast was good, staff were friendly.
