Horrible experience with this hotel. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything from the nearby rooms. The next room had a ********** that screamed for over an hour in the middle of the night. You could hear everyone's cell phone calls and snoring. We got no sleep at all. The hotel smelled of either a strong cleaner or cigarette smoke depending on location. The breakfast was subpar. The elevator was a joke and non-functioning. We checked out first thing in the morning and moved to another hotel.

The room was fine, but there was a gap in the door frame that allowed noise and light to come into our room from the hallway.

as a recovering alcoholic 17 years strong there was two unopened beers in the fridge small rooms beds was ok but there was limited plugs to plug our devices in
it was very industrial and wasn’t warm feeling the outside light would not go off at night frankly it felt like a nursing home

It was horrible. It was like a crack hotel.
The pictures on your site were deceptive. It was filthy and looked like a drug hotel. We canceled and asked for a refund. Wouldn't even stay one night. I'm posting on all social media about hotels .com and how you guys allow false advertising and don't get your clients and their pictures. Absolutely horrible.

The food was not good and the cleaners were sweeping the floors outside my room at 5am, which disrupted my sleep.

The employees were so happy and helpful, and they help the facilities immaculately clean! The rooms had solid floors, and were wonderful! Everything was great and the condition of the resort was impeccable!

Excellent service and accommodations
Stayed here while we were in Pennsylvania for my grandfather's funeral. It was a lovely hotel. The staff was great and the service was excellent.

Pleasantly surprised considering the place looked vacant from the outside (parking lot was empty). Inside and room were well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. Only downside (and because no one was there, it turned out not to be) was the 2 inch gap under the door. Could have been noisy and in a full hotel. Need to seal that up.
