The hotel booked by looking at the pictures on Ctrip is a hotel with a history of nearly a hundred years. It is one of the landmark buildings in Satun. The room facilities are outdated, the air conditioner is too loud and not warm enough. Customer service is also average. 房屋老舊，床墊非常不舒服太久了，衞生間很臟地毯上有指甲蓋…晚上十點還有莫名其妙的緊急報警把所有客人集合到大廳不能坐電梯…孩子都睡下了，最後也沒解釋為什麼。
