I had visited Phaltan for a School Get-together with my family and had the pleasure to stay at Pride Elite (Jakson Inn) under new Management. All the Staff were very helpful and made all efforts to make our stay, specially for my 99 Yrs old Mother. Mr Umesh Gupta the General Manager is very courteous and helpful, he ***** with Mr Swapnil made our stay very comfortable and a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast served in the morning is very delicious and served hot and fresh. I will definitely stay in this Hotel on my next visit.

It's always a pleasure to stay at the pride elite, phaltan. This is my 3rd time at this hotel, everything about this hotel is perfect, the hotel is nestled in the outskirts of phaltan city, the rooms are spacious, over looking a beautiful lawn, it's ap green building, the sustainable efforts of the hotel is commendable. One suggestion is to have a better spread on the breakfast buffet.

This hotel is re-branded from jackson inn to pride. The service level decreased and price increased heavily. I will book maharaja next time not this one

Best hotel presents in Phaltan location with all amenities. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms very comfortable and clean. The food was very good also the way it was presented was admirable. It was nice experience overall.

Best service and excellent hospitality. Have been coming to Jakson for past 7 years. Mr Swapnil ; Mr Navnath; Mr Sumit ; Miss Gayatri.; Miss Niketa all are very helpful and take really good care . Mr Shailesh Rajadhyaksha should be complimented on the superb training and maintaining international standards Our Dr sister in law from US was also highly impressed. Hotel location is very pleasant . Rooms and hotels are neat and clean. Food quality is also good. You feel close to nature. Needs to improve on internet connectivity . Staff are cooperative and well mannered. Need to maintain swimming popl hygeine.

One of the best property to stay in and around Phaltan and Baramati. It is always a pleasure staying in this property. The staff is extremely courteous, specially Swapnil. The way they treat you, it feels like being treated royally 👍👍👍👍

Our next stop took us to an amazing hotel in a place called Phaltan located about 2 hours from Pune. This hotel is a gem especially if you want to get away from the madness of the city. This hotel offer a glimpse into the rural india where the air is fresh and farm produce fresher. The hotel arranged for us to experience a walk in the vineyards, pluck organic Chikoo and pomegranate and taste sugarcane juice freshly sqeezes in front of us. The whole team is out to ensure you have a memorable stay.
