The hotel is situated on the beach, conveniently off the main road with a beautiful beach view out of the room. The rooms are spacious, very supportive and kind staff, ample parking, a roof top restaurant and outdoor restaurant which makes the stay enjoyable. There amenities with the pools, gym is amazing.

Outstanding resort. We’re a fan of the Renaissance hotels and have stayed in them in different countries. This was a beautiful hotel, immaculately maintained. We enjoyed all the facilities and services on offer including dining at all the onsite restaurants; they’re all outstanding, and the swimming pools; the kids pool was a major hit for my son. The views and private beach were great. There’s very little we could criticize as I’m always impressed with the quality of everything at the hotel.

The breakfast on the first day was ordered from the menu, which was completely enough, but it was all in English without pictures. I chose American style and ordered Asian breakfast for my husband, but what I didn’t understand was that the American style I chose did not have rice. Yes, the waiter also asked me to choose a fried rice, maybe because I am Chinese! In the next few days, there were more people staying in the hotel. Every morning it was a buffet. It was okay. We all went to eat at 10:00, and then there was no need to eat lunch! In the evening, take the shuttle bus at 17:00 to go to the city, eat something to massage or something, and then take the hotel car back at 22:30. It's very convenient. Usually we don’t like to go to crowded places and crowd with travel agencies. , Lie down in your own small yard, read a book, drink some tea, swim and run, etc. very comfortable! And this hotel is so cheap, it is highly recommended for those who really want to spend their vacation and want quiet! I went to the city to see the seaside in Pattaya, it was so stinking, it was all the diesel smell of the yacht, and the crowds were so noisy! You can go shopping, it is really uncomfortable to live there!

Seamless check in and out process. The room is comfortable enough for 2 nights. The staff is very helpful. The room is big but the bed I found a little hard. The washroom is huge.

Small but very clean hotel, check in and check out was easy and fast.
Far from the Pattaya crowded places but we rented a car so everything was easy for us.
The hotel does not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, only shampoo and shower gel.
But it's worth the price.

It's raining everyday during our visit, so we avoid staying in downtown Pattaya due to some areas flooded and also had bad traffic This hotel is located only 35 minutes away from Samaesarn. We went to the Navy beaches during the day, and bought cooked foods from the Samaesarn seafood market for dining at our hotel rooms. The rooms are big, clean and equipped with a small kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, glasses and utensils. The receptionist assigned our rooms next to each other which worked very well. Breakfast; egg dishes were delicious. Salad & dairy products were nice! We enjoyed everything, except the swimming pool. It's too small.

Recommended! I came to stay at this hotel to celebrate my partner's belated birthday. The hotel is beautiful, with excellent service and comprehensive amenities. The room is very nice, but the swimming pool is quite small, and there aren't enough sunbeds for all the guests. The breakfast is a buffet, and we can choose to dine on the 1st or 8th floor. On the 1st floor, there is a wide variety of food, and you can choose to walk around and serve yourself. There are both indoor and outdoor seating, but it was very crowded (I went down at 8:25 AM), and there weren't enough tables. So, I decided to go to the 8th floor restaurant, which offered an à la carte buffet, along with a small buffet counter and sparkling wine.

GGuest UserHotel was great. Staff is very kind. Good location near 3 sailing clubs. Breakfast is copious. On a negative note, they give you soap and shampoo in tiny bottles: thats a lot of plastic waste and very bad for the planet. Please switch to big refillable bottles!

The room is quite clean, except that I found cockroach in the master bedroom-bathroom. Also I park overnight at the parking lot in front of lobby and it turns out there is the dirt and resin from the tree all over my car.
Overall it is still a good place to stay and i might probably come back.

GGuest UserThe room was nice and clean, but the air conditioner was loud. And on the night I went, there was a fire alarm that went off at 2:30 AM and then went quiet. Overall, everything was good.
